Birthday brunch. Love the outdoor seating. Food was fantastic!

Dined outside due to covid and party size. Food was great and so was service especially for being outside and away from everything. It was cold out and they provided blankets and made sure our hot coffee was always filled.

Fantastic brunch. We very much enjoyed the special and the Union Omelet. Great atmosphere. Owner appreciative of each and every customer. Waitstaff attentive and spot on with special requests. Will definitely make this a regular spot.

This was the second time we went to Union and Finch. We came for Christmas in January at the Hotel Bethlehem. The server was not friendly AT ALL. She was short and hardly even “smiled” (she had a mask on) when our two year olds said thank you for the milk she brought. My husband loves to make small talk and she wanted NONE of it. We then saw her at another table engaging with a baby, at the child’s level talking and waving.
The food was ok. We got the bananas foster waffle but the banana was clearly under ripe. It’s served with syrup but still felt dry. Also had the breakfast poutine which was amazing.
The bartenders make an AMAZING Bloody Mary and the mimosa flight was so fun.
Maybe we’ll go back, maybe we won’t this time.

Food was very good. My husband and I shared the cheese curds for appetizer. I had the chicken tikka masala which was tasty and spicy. My husband had the Union Burger. Cooked perfectly. The quality of meat is excellent. The hand-cut truffle fries delicious.

I haven’t gone to Union and Finch for dinner in a while. This was a special occasion and the food did not disappoint. Staff was nice and informative with the menu. My friends and I had a great time out! There brunch is also amazing too!

Son’s birthday

This was our third time visiting and just as fantastic as the first. I HIGHLY suggest going for brunch if you have the chance.

The crab cakes were delicious and so was the salmon entrée. We are never disappointed when we dine at Union and Finch. They have a terrific selection of draft beers as well as outstanding cocktails. A great place to eat!!

Good food and atmosphere, only complaint would be the high top chairs having no backs. Makes extended sitting a little uncomfortable.

The service and atmosphere were exceptional! We really enjoyed our evening. The drinks were delicious and on the less sweet side, which I like. The food was really good. I personally could have used more seasoning and complexity of flavors. The menu was solid though. I do find that many chefs in the Lehigh valley tend to under season and the local palate prefers it. We will be back!

Outstanding from the interior to the service and the food!

When I say this is the best restaurant in Allentown, Bethlehem, maybe even PA.. I am not kidding. THE FOOD IS SO GOOOD..... every meal. Brunch, Lunch, Dinner, Dessert. They play with some insane flavors that taste amazing, the drinks are out of this world flavor wise. A couple of my favorite things are the pickle jar (huge serving of pickled onions, cauliflour, string beans, pickles, etc.), the chicken and waffles, the fried green tomato BLT, the cucumber martini with a black pepper rim (to die for), the mimosa flight is awesome, their beer selection rocks, and I think I might need to try everything on the menu at some point.
