Horrible, food was terrible and spinach dip was not even covering the dish it was on it was so skimpy. Drinks bad, no butter, no milk shakes. Just bad

I really loved that restaurant. I was in the outside part. The food was amazing and the service was really good. I'll definitely come back.
Our waitress "Ray-Ray" was absolutely the best as always!!!
It was a little weird with very few patrons in the place. There only 2 wait staff working.
The waitress that we had was not very good. I didn't see her most of the time. I wanted a refill on my ice tea. Couldn't get because as I mentioned; didn't see her. Ordered dessert, it was delivered then she rushed off to do whatever. I wanted a hot coffee to go with my dessert but I didn't see my waitress so I never got that either. I told her when she finally brought the check. Her reply was " Sorry"
I am an insider member and this is my to go place. I was very disappointed .
The small outside dining area is unremarkable and overlooks the parking lot but it was nice to eat outside, the food was good, and the service friendly, fast and professional.

The food was horrible ! Service was practically nonexistent! Horrible visit , horrible food , horrible expense ! All done with even thinking about visiting another Uno anytime soon !
One waitress for 8 outside tables. Had to wait forever to get anything. A quick lunch turned into a hour and half.
on arrival we were seated promptly.the waitress was very cordial.although the food took a while to be served,the waitress kept us amply supplied with cold drinks.
the low rating on ambience was because of bright hot sun in our faces all the
time we were there.it was 5 to 6 pm.we were seated outside due to covid-19.
would not go under those circumstances again.
Portions are pretty small for the price. Not impressed. As a family of 5, I won't be going back. I would rather spend the $120 elsewhere.
We stopped here on a road trip. It was early lunch time so they were not busy when we arrived. Our server was very attentive and helpful. We placed our order and did have to wait a bit longer than I would normally expect on such a slow day. We ordered and my wife received the wrong flatbread pizza. She told the server it was fine and that she was actually considering ordering this pizza anyway. The server would not hear of it and let her enjoy that pizza for lunch and had the kitchen prepare the other pizza that she actually did order. She placed it in a to-go box and did not charge us. Good customer service and good food would make me come back!
