The food took 45 minutes and the place was not busy at all. Pizza was burnt and the pasta was dry, Never had such terrible food there.

Overall, food was ok and server was pleasant and efficient, but we had to wait a while before we were waited on as only one or two servers were present. As well, host was doing double duty waiting on tables and acknowledging guests at door, so another small delay.
Pleasantly surprised, very good experience. Basil our waiter was excellent.

We regularly dine at this restaurant and have almost every time had a great dining experience. The staff is always helpful and attentive. And the food is almost always perfect.
I have frequented this Uno for over twenty years and have always been satisfied until Friday February 14, 2020. I made reservations for Valentine's Day and brought my GIFT CARDS which were purchased as a Christmas gift with two 5 dollar bonus cards. Upon payment I was informed that the bonus cards had expired on February 13, 2020. The Manager was called to our table and rudely told me that there was nothing that they could or would do. He never introduced himself and walked away as I was explaining that I was unaware of the expiration on the cards. I don't know if I will return to this Pizzeria Uno again in the future! -Mike
A very dismal experience, unprofessional employees laughing and joking in plain view. The host had to go the kitchen to find our server.
Seemed nobody was in charge and it showed.
The food was good, but not great. The service was fantastic.
