   Food was amazing! Came here with the family after a long day at the parks and it was just what we needed. Valentina did an amazing job and was so personable. Everyone went out of their way to make sure meal was top notch. Would absolutely return.

   Average food. I expected more seeing the overall decor and reading the menu. Flavors of the dishes selected were a bit bland in respect to the snapper and the house made tagliatelle pasta. Nice place to eat but the cost is not proportional to the food.

    What a beautiful hotel and restaurant. The staff was excellent and the food was delicious. We split the burger with side salad and mahi sandwich and both were fresh and tasty. We parked in the garage and they validated our ticket.

    Besides eating here every morning for their breakfast brunch, which is a great layout (the peppered smoked salmon calle me own each morning), with anything you’d want and a great prep area with some friendly chefs to cook it up your way… we ate here for dinner. If you happen to get Valentina as your server, wish her happy birthday… (doesn’t matter the day), its evidently a thing… plus she is probably one of the best servers we’ve had… the menu here is varied and you can pull from one of three or four kitchens.. seafood/suhsi, Pizza and pasta and Steaks and more… something for everyone…I enjoyed this restaurant, although most casual better than the others on site.

    Value & elegance. Nestled inside the JW Marriott, is the Unreserved offering pretentious food at reasonable prices. Need I say more? Ok - the front office staff were wonderful. We had a pleasant & engaging greeting & a very sweet waitress. An all-around enjoyable experience.

    Second time this week. Waited over 34 minutes nobody bothered to serve us. We asked twice and were promised that we would be served but they simply didn’t bother. The lady on check in desk didn’t seem to care and was rude. We ended up leaving. We spend over $500k per year with Marriott and this experience is enough to ensure that I won’t be back to this hotel.

    We came for Valentine's Day and had a private igloo outside. The ambience was incredible with petals and flowers and candles that made it a super intimate and romantic experience. That being said, perhaps because we were outside the service was at times quite slow and communication between the food runners/our server/the kitchen seemed off and at one point our server brought us a dish that had already been delivered. The appetizers and dessert were great but we didn't love either of our main courses or the old fashioned. Overall, we loved our igloo experience but wished the food and service had been a bit better.

    My sister and I came for dinner on my birthday. It was a Friday night and the restaurant was busy but not crazy. It made the atmosphere great to talk and relax. The menu was fantastic with lots of options. I had the California roll with real crab and it was great. The rest of the meal was also well prepared. Our server was very friendly and attentive. I’d highly recommend this experience.

    Great food, great service. Food is reasonably priced, but cocktails are absolutely ridiculous. $23 gin and tonics yeesh! Funnily the beer and sangria were priced fine. Just be weary when you order drinks. Food was really good though and we enjoyed our evening.

    Great atmosphere, excellent service and overall I enjoyed my visit. The staff were friendly and attentive. I found the food delicious, and there was a wide enough variety to suit any palate. This was my first visit to Unreserved, but definitely not my last. I'm excited to introduce my friends to this gem.

    We wanted something nice hut simple because were not that hungry. When we got there we find out that its a buffet and its $125 per person. We did not stay because, like I said before, we were not that hungry to make the cost of the buffet worth. The place looks amazing, the food looked very good and the people were really nice and comprehensive. Just a final note. On the Opentable app the price range was $$ when it should have been a lot more.
