Urbana Craeft Kitchen & Market - Hyatt Regency

We stopped at Urbana to enjoy the patio and have a quick appetizer. We didn't know where it was (in a hotel development, with the patio overlooking a park where people walk their dogs), but it was close to Ikea.
We had a couple appetizers and drinks. We got there 30 min before they closed (early at 8), and the waiter/bartender got us drinks and food quickly. The wings were fabulous!

Wonderfully spaced out patio during COVID-19 restrictions. Server was very friendly. Food wasn’t memorable, but I would go again.

Menu has been shortened significantly, likely due to the COVID outbreak. The panini was still cold inside, but the fries were amazing. Wife's salad was excellent. Server was outstanding (Lindsey?)

Always so enjoyable to sit outside by our park and steps from our home. Pared down menu, but still excellent.

Picked our daughter up from the airport during a long layover and took her out for dinner. Wanted somewhere close but with some nice food choices. The patio wasn't open for dining so we sat inside. The server/bartender was exceptional. Great sense of humor, made great suggestions for beer/wine and we enjoyed bantering with him. We started with the chips and dip and enjoyed those. The Roast beef and club pressed sandwiches were also very good. This is located in a hotel and always looks like it's closed when you first walk in the hotel so just an FYI about that.

Well, very disappointing. Very small menu and food served on paper plates with plastic silverware. Real dishes are not forbidden by Covid regulations. Just cutting corners and cost. Stop pretending. Beer and drinks were served in real glasses. Why not the food? Do regulations forbid a dishwasher. Be real.

over all our experience was outstanding! It will be nice when the regular food menu will be back and the use of glass dishes and real silverware too!!

It is not somewhere you would go for a romantic ambiance but for a nice quite bite near the Mall it was good. It is a bar setting so don't expect a fancy dining room - the service was outstanding.

Everything was so tasty! The cheese curds are like no other. Our waitress had great and honest recommendations, super funny!

Our first and likely last visit. So disappointed. No one at the host stand to greet us, were told they had a big party, go find a spot at the bar. We mentioned we had a reservation, didn't matter. Why take our dinner reservation if you cannot accommodate it? There weren't many spots in the bar suitable for dining. We did get help pushing tables together. I do not know whether our server was having a terrible day or whether we had some how managed to upset her. Rude, slow, impatient and unfriendly service. We might have ordered more drinks. We might have ordered dessert. Waited a very long time for our server to bring the dessert menu and toss it at us while telling us to look in the corner of the menu for deserts. The Lamb Pappardelle was delicious, three of us ordered it. The fourth in our party ordered the Turkey Pot Pie and also enjoyed the food. It's unlikely that we will return given we were clearly unwelcome and an inconvenience.

Holy cow! 4 of us for Thanksgiving dinner. GREAT service, food was good. It was cozy and friendly and quiet - I could hear well. We actually had conversation! Honestly it was so great I’ve been telling everybody that this is the way I’m doing holiday dinners from now on. I just can’t say enough about it. Highly recommended. Dale Cook. Our server was hard to find when we needed a few things - water, silverware, & the bill.

Food portion was small, but textures were excellent. Juice glass was very small. Need bigger water glasses. Tasty.

Interesting breakfast menu with some different choices. My "sandwich" could have used a bit more time in the press to warm it up more, but my companions' eggs, bacon, pancakes and potatoes all looked really good.
A lovely room with nice light coming in - great for gathering in the morning.

The young man who was the waiter was very good, but it was a while before I was seated by the host and assigned a server.

Few people in restaurant on Saturday night. Perhaps the menu needs to be re-evaluated to be less of an ultra-trendy place and more mainstream.

Excellent restaurant with great food and service. Whether you prefer a sandwich and beer or a dinner with wine the menu provides everything anyone could want. We were there with a group the night before our 50th high school class reunion. We will return!

Coffee drinkers are allowed unlimited coffee but tea drinkers get one tiny pot of water. That's was my only complaint.

There was no one in the restaurant but us. A couple people at the bar. Our waitress was very nice and the food was ok but not great.

I invited a friend to have breakfast to observe her recent birthday. She found her way from Eden Prairie, and we both enjoyed our meals. Our server was very courteous and attentive. We both will certainly come another time!

This place is not at all what I thought it would be. My cocktail was terrible, and my food was disgusting. I don’t appreciate when a restaurant decides how much sauce/condiments goes on my entree. Really disappointed. I do not recommend

Good combination of Easter Brunch selections and regular menu. Appreciate the way in which local food items were highlighted with a nod to Scandinavian heritage.

Meal was excellent. Good flavors, textures were complex and presentation was interesting. Filling, even for a meatless meal on a Lenten Friday.

My friend and I enjoy checking out new restaurants in the area and try to hit one or two new ones a week. Our favorites are farm to table, locally sourced spots, and Urbana Craeft seemed to fit the bill perfectly. Unfortunately the pretty website was about where it ended for this one. My son has a severe soy allergy and there was nothing on the menu other then sweet potato fries that he could have, thankfully I had some snacks for him in my purse, but with most restaurants becoming more aware of allergens lately this was disappointing. I ordered the veggie burger and was also let down. The greens on it were wilted, and the flavor was just ... off. The fries were good though. My friend got the schnitzel and it was very dry. On the plus side our server was very friendly and accommodating when it came to checking the menu items for something my son could eat. I really wanted to like this spot, but I don't think we'll be back.

Service was horrible. I had to get up from the table and personally refill our coffee twice even after we asked the server for refills.

Went there with girlfriends for breakfast Saturday at 10. Clean and new and nice comfy chairs. Great service and food and quiet enough to hear one another easily. Surprisingly affordable. We all want to go back.

I met three friends for mid-morning breakfast to observe a birthday. Each person ordered something different on the
menu. Our server was excellent and we were not rushed. I’m sure we will all return.

We have dined at Urbana Craeft Kitchen several times but have never had such poor service and overall rudeness by the staff. Our food order came out incomplete and by the time the additional food accompaniments were delivered the abelskivers were cold. When we expressed our concerns about the service and food the manager argued with us and did not offer a solution or compensation for our inconvenience. We were seated in the foyer on hard chairs rather than the back dining area which we had expected for our group of 8. We will no longer patronize this restaurant.
