Food was great, everything was fresh and tasted delicious. Good size portions and value for money

Was great food and service but shame about some other noisy guests who spoilt the night. Staff are amazing, service is fast and food is super fresh and tasty

Food is really delicious and great. They only do one bill per table which is difficult for larger groups.

We are extremely limited in our ability to eat Vietnamese cuisine on the Sunshine Coast and always look forward to a trip to Brisbane to eat at Vietnam House. Although not as good as our favourite restaurant in Melbourne, we find the food at Vietnam House to be fresh, delicious and better than other Vietnamese restaurant's in the Brisbane area.

We all enjoyed the lunch. The room is echoing so we felt we were noisy. Will come back soon.

Food is great & Lunch specials are always good value for money

We waited for 45 mins for our food, then finally got the dishes and 2 were not the ones we ordered, had to wait longer, the restaurant was not even busy. We complained about it, they have us 10% discount ONLY on the cost of incorrect dishes, our time wasted meant nothing, it was such an insult. It used to be my favorite place, NEVER AGAIN.

Great food unfortunately my I could only eat a few dishes on the first visit. the good news is i get to go again to try the other dishes out!

we booked for a friday night (weekend away) and were looking forward to a fabulous vietnamese meal - unfortunately we were disappointed - after arriving at 6.45pm our order was taken about 7pm (nice young guy - obviously the only one taking orders and serving) we then watched and waited as uber-eat courier after courier picked up orders and went on their way.

after 40 mins we asked where our drinks were and waited another 10 mins for them to arrive - meanwhile a table of eight people arrived - ordered and were served their entrees within 15 mins with no sign of any of our food - after an hour of waiting we called one of the female staff and asked again where our food was.

within 5 mins we were served all of our order - entrees and mains all at once - with the spring rolls over cooked and chewy - and plate piled upon plate with no apology - must say the calamari was great ! - the rest was crap

so after an hour and 15 mins of waiting we were served what i would consider below par food and made to feel guilty

the kicker is - both my wife and i suffered from stomach and bowel issues caused by the food

very disappointed and would recommend going somewhere where they actually give a s*** about their customers

There didn't seem to be a great variety of variety of original Vietnamese cuisine. I would have called it more Asian fusion

The service at this restaurant is absolutely disgraceful. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Good food and service . It was hot and air con wasn't doing much and there was a fair bit of smoke /fumes from kitchen, Better ventilation or air movement is needed they attempted with a pedestal fan but didn't work that well

They need to update the website. The menu online had be excited about the ribs, that were no longer available..
The special Rump was an ok substitute..

The food was very average and the service not very friendly

Food was really tasty and reasonably priced. Only down side was the dishes came out staggered, so one guest had finished eating by the time the last main dish was served.

We had a very enjoyable meal, the staff were friendly and efficient. The food was very yummy and good value.

Great Good and Service would definitely go back and try other dishes, value for money.

We tried Vietnam House as I had an Entertainment Voucher. My preferred dining is Asian no matter what occasion. I loved this place and will definitely go back again. Staff were friendly, atmosphere lovely, very affordable (even without the voucher) and food fantastic. The crispy egg noodles reminded me of my Thai mum's so brought back lovely family memories. Thank you.

Looking for a dinner option with great food and healthy options to suit various tastes, we booked Vietnam House and everyone loved it. This time we were a party of 4 but I have been a few years ago with a larger group and remembered it as being excellent. Service was quick and good, and most importantly the food was delicious. I will definitely go back. One of the things we loved was that it was possible to have a conversation with our friends - some restaurants are so noisy that this becomes impossible.
We saw tables that also included (well behaved) children, so this is the type of environment that can accommodate families as well as groups and more intimate dinners.
Highly recommend Vietnam House!

Great food, attentive service, lovely relaxed atmosphere

A bit disconcerting when you arrive and say that you have booked through OpenTable and staff member did not acknowledge whether she could find the booking or not. Not a friendly welcome however service was good and food came out quickly. Very enjoyable.

We visited Vietnam House for a girls get together. I've been here a few times before and it's usually much better than our experience. It took them a while to bring us menus. The food was tasty although the meat in my soup was mostly fat which didn't make it very enjoyable to eat and I also wasn't given very many noodles. I expected more for the price. Overall it was a pretty average experience but I probably would come back because I know it can be a lot better and it's also got a good variety on the menu to please everyone in a group. The service just needs a lot of improvement.

Enjoyed our dinner. The only reason I didn’t give higher rating is the aircon wasn’t working properly on a very hot Brisbane evening and it was very uncomfortable as no air was circulating.

Fast service, authentic fresh Vietnamese for our table. Unexpected great value steak and chips cooked beautifully with perfect complementary taste of a Vietnamese meatball.
