Disappointed in the food. For what we paid for it was not good. Steak was not seasoned and overcooked, Jumbo lump crab cakes were dry, and old fashioned tasted like straight Jero mix. Will not be returning.

Dear Miranda, We're truly sorry to hear about your dining experience. It's disappointing to learn that the steak and crab cakes did not meet expectations, and the cocktail was not up to our standard. We aim to provide a delicious and satisfying meal for every guest, and it's concerning to us that we fell short in your case; this is being reviewed internally. Thank you for sharing your candid feedback.

Food was “OK”. As a regular restaurant option in Appleton, Wisconsin it’s fine, but for anyone that frequence high-end steakhouses, you will find the quality of the dishes to be very disappointing.

Way over priced for quality of food. Live in the area, went for special occasion. Place was packed and they did not have the full menu due to Packer/Cowboy playing in Green Bay the next day. Was not able to order meal planned when making the reservation, but that probably would not have mattered given quality. Will never go back!

Service was poor. For three occupied tables and two servers, they were forgetful and unattentive. We had to tell our server what we needed next. I ordered no onions with the lump crab appetizer. However, our potatoes side was served with scallions when those weren't even part of the description of the dinner side. Just poor awareness with such a quiet dining room.
