I had the filet that was cooked well but was over salted; comment was made to server but reply was “They put salt flakes on before serving.” …that was that. No attempt made by server to ask us if we would like a dessert. When did restaurants start to add gratuities of 20%, 25% 30%? Honestly, most of these suggested gratuities include tax; which they shouldn’t. The food did not meet the price that was charged.

Service was great, the sides were generous and tasty. We had to catch a show at the PAC, so they were great about the pace of our meal. Nice dining experience overall!

Great atmosphere mixing classic football memorabilia with the typical oak you'd expect in a steakhouse. We had the waygu strip (no price given when it was announced as a special) which was $90 per steak. Pricey but the quality was A+. But for an establishment with these kinds of price points, you'd expect the menu and wine list to sparkle a bit more. Sides are so so and they lack variety. Asparagus or broccolini were they only green options. Beer/cheese soup was so salty I finished my water glass then retained it. Wine list was very shallow as well. Here you'd expect some standards and hits like Silver Oak or Caymus -- especially in the cabs section. I'd go again but stick to cocktails and ribeyes.

Several issues this trip: First of all our waitress was very pushy and was obviously rushing us to place our dinner order. It took a very long time for us to get our wine order, and we generally like to sip wine and take some time looking at the menu before ordering. She asked us at least 5 times in the first 20 minutes if we were ready to place our order. Second, I questioned her about the wine list which seemed much smaller than what we have experienced there before on previous visits. She said that was the extent of the wine list. But then we heard other waitresses telling adjacent tables that there was a reserve wine list. We were never offered that. We likely would have ordered a more expensive bottle of wine had we been offered a look at the reserve wine list. Third,when our meal did arrive she delivered our steak and side order before we were served soup and salad. That should never happen at a high end restaurant. She acted like it was no big deal. Soup and salad should always come before the main entree. Another more minor point regarding the wine. It has been our experience that the apparent head of the table should be offered a small sip of wine before serving glasses to everyone. She just poured the wine and never offered a preliminary sip. Perhaps this is a trend that has changed, and if so, it is Ok, but again she treated us like this was Texas Roadhouse instead of a classy steakhouse. Also we were never given a chilled container to keep the Chardonnay in. Our waitress was either poorly trained or just did not want to be at work that evening. In defense of the kitchen, the food was actually pretty good. The steak, although quite salty was very flavorful, and on par with what we have experienced at Lombardi's in times past. The mashed potatoes were a little on the runny side, but again had a very good flavor. Soup and salad were good. So, in summary, food was very good, but level of service was SIGNIFICANTLY lacking.

Absolutely outstanding meal from beginning to end. Steaks were phenomenal. Our group had one porterhouse, one bone in rib-eye, and two filets of different sizes. Each steak was perfectly cooked. Fresh, sweet crabmeat and velvety hollandaise made for the perfect Oscar. Delicious sides, fresh salads with house made dressings and quirky but delicious cheesesteak egg rolls were a big hit with the table too. Delicious!

We came five minutes early to check in for our reservation. The host said they were running twenty minutes late. After waiting an hour and watching three couples that checked in after us be seated, we left.

Our server was great. Stopped in during our stay for game weekend. The place looked a little worn down and dirty. Our food took a long time to come out and when it did it was just warm enough to eat. Not the best experience in terms of food for the pricing. Again our server was great and did her best. The football fan in me put a check in the box and won’t do it again.

Our shrimp cocktail was very strange. Served on a regular plate with shrimp laying on one side and sauce dumped on the other. The shrimp were sitting in a pool of water and were slimy. One person in our group ordered the hanger steak frites medium and was served a very burned steak. charred on the outside with a burnt taste and completely brown on the inside. Our server also missed the mark - she removed plates from our table on 3 occasions that were still being eaten from and clearly had significant food on them. She did not ask if she could remove the plates. The final time this happened we said something to her and she tried to bring the plate back to us after it had been set on a tray on top of dirty plates from other diners...we declined to have it back at that point. It was clear she did not understand what she was doing wrong. All of these issues are unacceptable for a restaurant of this price point.

We celebrated our anniversary 14 years ago by having dinner here so we thought returning for our 38th would be special as well. We were so disappointed ti find out it is now part of Hilton. Upon arrival we waited & waited to be checked in by host. They never showed up so the bar tender took us to seats. The whole ambiance had changed so much we got up and left. We will not go back.

We were waiting to be blown away with the reviews we had read but the service was just ok, we were not given any recommendations or comments on any of the drink or menu items. The tomahawk steak was just ok, it was cooked great but there were a few chewy pieces and it was already cut. The drinks were great. Overall our experience was just ok. For the price we would probably not go back because it was expensive for being just ok. Would definitely return if our experience was out of the world great.
