   It’s freezing in there!! You need to turn the air down. Definitely need a jacket! Meoimi Pinot Noir, Spicy Crab Wontons & mushrooms stuffed with chorizo & queso manchego are a MUST!!

    The restaurant was understaffed. Food was ok the meet trimming did not meet my expectations for the price range. Food presentation was nice but side dishes were average. You get better quality side dishes in the local restaurants. Overall quality of the meet was good for price range but I feels like a single visit place. I will not recommend this place. Other notes restroom were not clean!

    Third time at this restaurant- I gave it another chance after the first poor experience, and another try due to its convenient location in the mall after a day of shopping. The last time we ordered the steak, it was probably the worst I've ever eaten. We avoided the steaks and ordered two sandwiches, which took 1 hr and 15 minutes to deliver. The pastrami sandwich was supersaturated with salt. French fries were limp, and the oil tasted rancid. On a 1 to 10 scale, I'd rate my last three visits 2,2,4, respectively. Our waitress showed empathy; otherwise, yesterday's visit would have received a 2/ 10 too.

    The food was good and the table comfortable. However service was poor. The server hardly ever went by the table and we relied on other servers. Also, we got no help or recommendations for our wine selection. In other ocasiona we told our server what we wanted and the brought some suggestions for us. This time we had to go and find a wine. It was very difficult as they are arranged by prize rather than type. I suggest the restaurant to organize their wine better.

    The food was good as always, but the service was not what we should expect at a restaurant like this. Our waiter never showed up to our table and after waiting more than 30 minutes, I had to ask to another waiter if he knew what was happening with the person in charge of our table. He did’t know but took charge of us. After that, everything went well.

    The food was good, nothing amazing but good. We really enjoyed the salad. Really hard to have a conversation due to the noise level which was odd for Tuesday the place is just really loud.

    Its the most expensive in San Juan. A decanter of Sangria cost $60.00 in all the other places is $25. Or $30. I paid $120. for two incredible. And the sangria came with no fruit so it was $120 for a little wine with soda they robbed me They bring me the chuleta cancan cut in pieces and was not cancan. I didn’t eat it because I don’t know if in the kitchen they took pieces of other clients. The chuleta has to come in one piece. I don’t recommend anyone to go there. I would like to know who’s the owner to talk to him. I’m going to discredit the restaurant in all the media, unless they return me have the cost of the sangria and the cost of the chuleta to be happy.

    As always VIN'US never dissapoints, food was excellent and portions were generous. Usually I order lambchops and the portion is fair, today I could not finish my plate. Truffle fries are to die for and the tostones were fresh and crispy. Will definetely return.

    It was my birthday (which I noted on my reservation) and they sat my family right next to the prep station where they prepare plates and silverware and where all the servers run around at. Even having a reservation and an early dinner planned, I didn’t want to ask for another table and risk having to wait. This was my third visit to this restaurant, which I typically love, but the prices have gotten a bit out of control, even considering recent inflation. I ordered a tomahawk steak due to the special occasion, which used to be around $130 or $150 the last time I ordered it. Now it was $240, not including the tax and gratuity. That’s almost double the price. I was a bit flabbergasted. But it was my birthday and we had already eaten it. What should have been an expensive ($250) meal for 2 adults and one 9 month old baby, was an extremely expensive $400 meal. Granted we ordered what was probably the most expensive thing on the menu but with that kind of inflation, they should give a warning of some sort. The menu just says market price as it always has. Anyway. Lessons learned. We won’t be ordering the tomahawk for 2 ever again. Maybe for a larger party to share with extra sides. The service was decent. Though we had to ask for a high chair 3 times and I never got a refill on my soda until I asked for it just before dessert. Also, they asked if we wanted still or gas water. We wanted tap, and they poured us Fiji water before we could protest - felt a little bamboozled by that. I could barely hear the server talk to us and tell us anything. The food was delicious as always. And other than those few things I mentioned, overall we had a nice dinner.
