The food was great I was booked in for 11:00 and arrived and was welcomed by a lovely waitress, this lady has made my two only experiences of the establishment very enjoyable, as she’s polite friendly smiles and is not false in any way, unfortunately I cannot remember her name but I cannot thank her enough for being such a
Lovely person, there was two of us both had eggs benedict and one decaf and one cappuccino coke and water, thank you so much, I will be coming again.

Made to feel welcome from the minute we stepped through the door. Socially distanced tables throughout, masks worn by all staff and everything explained to us as we were seated at our table. Food was very good and didn't have to wait too long. We went straight through to soul bowl after for bowling. Ended the day perfectly.
Have eaten here on several occasions and have always been pleased with the service and the food. It is even great for younger members of your party. There is something for everyone’s taste.
Fabulous restaurant - best pizzas in Morecambe. Highly recommended!
Have eaten at Vista twice now - both times excellent service, table and cutlery very clean, food very good (we had a mix of adult and childrens meals) and the serving staff attentive and polite.
The staff were amazing, they were able to amend my booking for a later time so that we could have the lunch menu instead of the breakfast, as I wasn’t aware of this before I booked. I didn’t catch the ladies name but she had a blonde bun in her hair... fantastic service from her. The food however wasn’t very enjoyable my daughter didn’t enjoy the hot dog child’s meal, and my carbonara was poor way to much cream and undercooked fatty bacon, I left most. But for the price we paid you can’t complain.
Food is great! Service is great! Drinks a touch on the pricey side but on the whole a lovely spot for tea. We also did bowling and some pool beforehand, happy days! Oh and it has gorgeous views!
Really enjoyed a trip to soul bowl with the kids yesterday. Good food and atmosphere. We will return!
Good value for money food tasted really nice and not to expensive
Love coming to Soul Bowl... the staff are always lovely, friendly and helpful. Brought out household bubble here for a half term treat and whilst food was OK (scampi and chips) it wasn't the best. Thunk we'll stick to pizzas and pastas which is what you do so well :-)
Great place kids love it, the standard of food was spot on and the staff were great👍
We had a nice meal in a nice setting, looking forward to coming again.

Waitress was extremely polite credit to the venue!! Polite and nothing was too much trouble, food was excellent and the whole place is beautifully decorated will definitely be returning

There was a quiz the night we were there which detracted from the enjoyment of catching up and relaxing with my partner. I wouldn't have booked had I known.
Great food freshly cooked and very tasty. Super views over Morecambe Bay (decent day for a change so plenty to see). Staff very friendly. Overall very good experience will definitely be returning

We booked bowling then a table for dinner, the bowling was great and my daughters really enjoyed themselves, the measures put in place due to covid were easy to navigate as a family. Dinner was delicious! The view fro our booth was lovely too.
We recently started. Coming regular and love it. Food is excellent with good choice on the menu. Reasonable price and very friendly staff.

Booked a table, my mum & i wss greeted by Sandra who was polite, friendly & could not go out of her way for us. She gave us menus & allowed us to browse then returned to take our order. Food was tasty & couldn't fault thr service, Sandra is one if the nicest servers my mum & i have met. She's is definitely an asset to soul bowl. We will happily recommend to friends & return

Booked 2 separate tables with a request to sit close by to celebrate a birthday socially distanced. When we arrived we were advised requests are not being honoured. Plenty of spaces in which we could have moved too however, and yet we were advised these tables were booked. Another family arrived after us, sat down in the space we had asked to be moved too, mentioned they had requested a window seat and were moved. When we asked why they had moved we were advised they had requested a window seat when they booked. When I advised we requested something and were told requests were not honoured, we got a shrug and the explanation that sitting close by would encourage us to mix more.
During our visit there were 2 separate tables next to each other, mixing and celebrating a birthday. 2 couples sat together. And a family where another relative joined later.
You can understand why I have left this review. Frustrated at being told one thing and yet it blatantly happening anyway. Makes a mockery of the “policies” they have in place sadly. The waitress admitted it has been stressful and would have been easier if they had stayed closed. Perhaps this would have been a good idea if all your staff are not enforcing all policies.

I’ve visited many times and have always found the food superb. The staff are lovely and the restaurant and facilities are always immaculate.
it was out first time dining at Vista, was a little bit noisy but you got used to it, the food, now that was something else, excellent, is all we can say, real food cooked in the traditional way and as for the price, could NOT get it cheaper anywhere else for fresh cooked food, not microwaved. We will return again but maybe request a table near the window.
Went for a birthday. Amazing experience, staff were lovely, had good food and drink. Could not fault it.
There were only another couple of diners in when we arrived. Service was quick, friendly staff and the food was delicious would absolutely recommend!

Lovely place and people but the pastas we had were so bland and so hot they must have just come out of the microwave, they didn’t taste of anything apart from oil. We couldn’t finish the food and I noticed the table next to us was exactly the same. Try cooking the pasta fresh and adding some flavour!
Had an amazing meal staff were great with us and were happy to answer any questions cant wait to return
