Vitalia's Italian Restaurant

We found the value of the set menu was outstanding not to mention that it was yummy. 3 courses and a drink for under $30. Reminded me very much like I was once again in a restaurant the Tuscany.

Antonio and Vitalia are always welcoming and friendly. The food is greatly priced and fresh as always! My parents from interstate will be recommending Vitalia’s to anyone who might be holidaying in Cairns. True gem amongst the beaches

Our third visit to this wonderful Italian restaurant. They have a totally dedicated vegan menu. Had a great night. The owners & staff are friendly & helpful - they certainly added to the enjoyment of the evening. Highly recommend Vitalia's - we will definitely be back.

Our first visit on a Friday evening so we booked. We needn't have as there were tables available. The whole dining experience was very good. Lovely, well prepared and presented authentic Italian food. Professional and caring service provided by the wait staff incluing much appreciated help with the wine list that carries both Australian and Italian wines and beers. Holloways Beach is lucky to have such a fine Italian restaurant and if we're back in Cairns, we'd certainly come back to Vitalia's. The restaurant is not BYO (unfortunately) however none of the listed wines were over priced. Overall, very good value and I would recommend this restaurant withot hesitation.

My partner and I went twice in a row. We thought the food was excellent and different tastes to the other similar restaurant in Cairns. I would recommend going and giving it a try, you won’t regret it. They have a lovely Sunday night live music playing, which is nice to listen to while you enjoy your meal and talking. Probably one of the best restaurants in Cairns, in our opinion.

Recommend to anyone in Cairns or visiting for great Italian food.

The food and Service was wonderful. Staff were friendly and very helpful! They make you feel like you have been there a thousand times. Really loved the atmosphere and the Food was delicious!!!

Customer service was brilliant and very authentic. It was clear that there was a lot of pride and care with the platting of the food. The atmosphere of the restuarant was calm.

We ordered 2 of the “recommended” dishes on the menu. The food was good and staff was pleasant, but it was almost unbearably hot inside the restaurant (at least where our table was).

We found a real little gem in this place, tucked away at Holloways Beach with a comfortable feel and lovely staff. The Food is Delicious and we will be back for sure, time and time again and you don't have to go into the city. Love it!

Absolutely the best authentic Italian food in Cairns!

Food was fantastic and the service friendly and professional. I was surprised the place was not full on a Friday evening but maybe the rain kept people away. I will definately visit again.

Unfortunately they say your stay is only as good as your greeting and let's say it was mediocre which pretty much set the tone overall for our evening.
We were greeted by the foot high unkempt lawn and weeds out the front of the restaurant, if it were my restaurant i wouldn't want my customers having to trudge through this! The ambience was very plain and atmosphere quite stifled; the building needs some work and looks tired/outdated.
The staff were friendly overall and quite engaging when asked about the menu.
The meals were good and traditional though didn't reflect all the Italian classics one would expect like Spaghetti Bolognaise or meatballs (couldn't be ordered either) though the chef or owner may have wanted to reflect there own regions cuisine. Dessert menu featured the Classic Connoli picture on its cover however failed to appear in the menu as a selection?? When asked if Connoli was available we were advised it was not available nor made for order. Its Great to see them give it a go though i do hope they look to improving the overall experience. Thank you

Service was amazing. Food was indescribably delicious. Very authentic Italian. Went with friends who hadn't been there before and they were delighted saying "Its like we were in Tuscany again"
