I was disappointed to find out this way of making a reservation does not include the option of of a booth and requires a call.
We had Marco who is amazing with his magic tricks. We always ask for him when possible. Chef came by and our food amazing as usual.

We were there a couple of years ago and it was not that great. It was l real noisy. We had a round table this time and it was much nicer.
Delicious food and drinks!
We were looking forward to our first visit as Vitos had been highly recommended to us. But it was a bad experience. There was poor service from beginning to end. It ook 15 min before our drinks order was taken; we stared at the olive oil for about 20 min before we got sone bread to go with it. My wife’s second drink was forgotten for 20 minutes before the waitress blamed the bar boy for not bringing it. The appetizer was ok but we waited an hour for the entrees. What was most disconcerting was the Maitre D’s attitude when we complained. She refused to acknowledge the service was slow, saying they wanted to give their customers tome to enjoy their meals! She also said our plates were ready but it took another 10 min to be brought to our table. Never going back!
Our waiter Tyler was fantastic. Food is consistently great, good atmosphere and a great value to boot. Our go to place for fine Italian food.
The food at Vito’s is always excellent with great service, but I like to have a Cappuccino or Espresso after dinner and it always seems their machine is out of order. It adds a bad taste after an excellent meal.
My go-to when I want something good. Service and food is always on par!
Very good service for a holiday (Christmas Eve). Food was perfect, the lamb chops were cooked to perfection, and everyone enjoyed their entree.

Service was excellent we were seated almost immediately our waitress was very professionally and the food was delicious came out very hot in all a wonderful experience.
My wife and I had never been to Vito's. We were pleased to the look and feel of the restaurant and the food was great- a selection of the standard Italian dishes with a few daily specials. My wife ordered the Vito's salad and lasagna and said it was great. I ordered a pork chop on risotto (it was a daily special and I cannot remember the name) that was amazing. Toom much food to finish. The service was great. This would be a great place for an anniversary or special date.
We really enjoyed our dinner. Would definitely go back again! The bang bang shrimp is a must 🤤!
I mean if I had to find something it was loud. Everything else was beyond exceptional. So much so I choose them to cater my Christmas Eve dinner! U won’t be disappointed give them a try.
First time I have been and was there to pick up 2 gift cards. Service was excellent as well as the food. Will definitely go again.
It was our friends first time dining at Vito’s and we were quite disappointed with the service. The food was delicious as always and usually we have wonderful service too. We felt rushed the whole time and boxed up most of our meals plus dessert to go. We felt embarrassed we raved to our friends how much we love dining here and they talked about how bad the service was all the way home. Customer service really means everything and it was just a horrible dining experience.
We had reservations at Vito’s at 7:15. We were taken to our table at 7:25. We were greeted by our server Kristina at 7:35. Very nice sweet girl apologized for the wait. Ordered app and a glass of wine. Didnt receive our food until 9pm. Now just waiting for our bill. Kristina apologized again for the wait. Glad she apologized. Also Vito’s was extremly loud and absolutely packed at 100%. We will not be back for a while. Food was ok but ENZA’s is much better.
Food was good, as usual. Some dishes were warmer than others, one dish wasn’t quite as ordered and service was very slow:(. We are local and this was my husbands birthday dinner. We frequent here often, abd we’re a bit disappointed.
The Bada Bing Shrimp appetizer was so delicious. My husband had Grouper Francesca & loved it. I had the Zuppa Di Pesce which was absolutely amazing. The portion was big and great for leftovers.
We’ve had their Meatball pie in the past & it was very tasty & better than most around town.
A favorite nearby restaurant. Consistently outstanding food and delightful environment. Wait staff is invariably attentive.
First time eating out since pandemic. Staff all following CDC guidelines. Everything was excellent !
Went to celebrate my daughters birthday, upon sitting I told our server who immediately said "they don't do anything here", and walked away. Then our appetizer we ordered never came and a salad was forgotten. Servers/hostess were not wearing masks properly and tables were too close. Lights on high so no ambience, so what was supposed to be a nice celebration was not. Food was ok, but overpriced for small portion sizes.

Best Italian restaurant in Jacksonville! Just moved to Jax a couple of months ago and have been there many times. Tried another Italian restaurant to find they couldn’t come close to Vito’s. I recommend this restaurant to any and all for wonderful food. Love this place,

Out first visit to this restaurant and it won’t be the last. Our service was wonderful and the food was delicious. All four of us had different items and we all enjoyed them.
The best Italian I’ve had in a long while. We are new to the area and are excited to make Vito’s a regular spot!
This is one of our favorite local spots. The staff always takes care to ensure our drinks and meals are prepared exactly the way we ask, and the serving team is the right level of attentive (there if you need them but not hovering). Tina knows my family because we come here so often and puts in the effort to remember our favorite items. Food is delicious! Will be back!
Vito's is my favorite Italian restaurant but did not enjoy the food as much this last time. Three of us at our table asked for egg plant on top of the chicken saltimbocca. We have asked for this in the past and its been wonderful but this time we got a thin layer of egg plant not worth paying extra for. The chicken was over cooked Very disappointed because we had quests with us that have never eaten at Vito's.
