Water Grill - Forum Shops Caesar Palace
A wonderful meal for lunch in Las Vegas! This chain has come to the desert with a bang!
Our luncheon started with a dozen freshly shucked Kumamoto Oysters.
Our second course was a delicious Ahi Tuna Poke with Wonton skins and a light, creamy Clam Chowder,
Our mains included a sautéed Sea Bass and Steamed PEI Mussels, both perfectly cooked and presented.
We enjoyed several wines from their list with our lunch.
Our server, Michael, was professional and charming.
The restaurant manager ( we didn’t get his name ), was hands on, making sure everything in his restaurant was perfect.
We highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to another visit!!
The seafood selections are excellent & the preparation top notch. We were attending another event so just grabbed drinks (well prepared) & apps while splitting an entree. The server handled everything perfectly. We'll go back for the full experience.
Came here to celebrate a big birthday! Our server was attentive, if a little over-optimistic about how much food we could eat. Nonetheless the birthday was made very special by the service, with the freshest fish and very tasty cocktails to boot. None of the flavors surprised me, but everything was of indisputable quality.
Other than waiting 20 minutes even though we had reservations, everything was great. William was awesome, he answered all our questions. Food was delicious. We would definitely be back here again.
Arrived 20 minutes early to our reservation and still had to wait 10 minutes past our reservation before we were seated.
Bread was good clam chowder required a lot of extra doctoring before it had good flavor. My wife enjoyed the Louis shrimp salad. The shining star of their food was the caramel bread pudding.
The only way I would ever come back would be to get the bread pudding to go.
It was awesome! Busy night so we were there over 2 hours but it was expected. Food and wine pairing was amazing!
Service was EXCELLENT! Food was EXCELLENT! A little loud for a group trying to to visit, but overall, just great!!
Horrible experience. Waited almost 2 hours for an appetizer, spent over $1000 on dinner For four people on Valentine’s Day that was absolutely terrible. We love the Water Grill In Costa Mesa and this place in Vegas just fails miserable. Will never go back or recommend this restaurant ever! And to top it off, general manager was extremely un-accommodating and rude. Epic failure Water Grill!
We came for the valentine's day 4 course menu before we saw our show. I had the half dozen oyster sampler and my gf had the king crab sushi roll. Both were fresh and amazing. second course for me was New England clam chowder and my gf had the beet salad. Again both dishes were good. The real surprise came when we both got our orders of Chilean Sea Bass. I as well as my gf have both had many good sea bass dishes prior but this was just stupid good. My only guess is the sea bass was fresh not frozen as it was wonderfully light , flaky, and delicious! Definitely on my short list for a return visit.
Our server, Will, went out of his way to accommodate our party. The food and service we as good as always. Being locals, this is one of our favorites
The Manager and hostess were extremely friendly and helpful.
Food was actually very tasty but also very overpriced.
This was a prefixed menu for Valentine’s Day so we didn’t get to enjoy the full menu options. They offered a wine pairing option for $40 more per person but the pour was only 3 ounces so we canceled the wine pairing and the waiter took away the 3 ounce pours from our table.
They delivered our champagne in wine glasses which was improper and I don’t know if it was to disguise the 3 ounce pour but we had champagne when we first got there and poured the wine glass into the champagne glass and it was 1/3 full.
I don’t think we will go back there again, which is too bad because the steak was really good,, but not worth the price!
Food was ok, not worth the money.
Our dining experience was wonderful. The food was delicious and the service was very good. We all agree that we will plan on coming back.
Food was ok
Service and ambiance was a 10
The Dover sole is so delicious I can’t even describe how good it is. The wait staff are over the top fantastic!
We are regulars at the Costa Mesa location and while visiting vegas, we decided to dine at the Forum location.
As usual, food was great. We ( me and the wifey) had the Oysters, Pulpo, Crab Cake and Manila Clams. We had Chianti and Chardonnay for beverages and if course, bread pudding for desserts. Chloe was our server, and she was very cordial and accommodating .
Definitely be back here when we’re in town.
Great meal, oysters were delicious. Seabass and Black Cod were great as was the service.
Food was fabulous. The menu is reasonable and the ambience is casual but nice. Service was excellent. Only complaint we had at the end was the Bread Pudding. It wasn’t our favorite. Either way we would definitely go back. Great for date night and special occasions!
Great atmosphere! The service was fine, not very fast. We got the octopus appetizer and it was a bit overcooked & chewy which was disappointing. We both got the cioppino which was good but not amazing. For the price I expected more...some of the seafood was outrageously priced but I suppose on par for Vegas. Not sure if we would go back.
Excellent food and services! Will definitely visit again!
Service was so so and the wait was long
Didn’t like any of the specialty dishes
But the fresh seafood is lobster crab legs shrimp is the go to. Forget the sushi or other dishes go for the straight seafood
Not a place for romance but a great dinner atmosphere for friends. AMAZING bread!!!!!! Octopus was really chewy instead on tender not my favorite but the spiny lobster made up for it. We also got a lobster roll which pretty tasty and the seafood tower which was decent. Overall for me One and done. Value was great especially for strip pricing.
Had an entire king crab and it was very good.
Excellent food. Excellent service.
If you want fresh seafood in Vegas this is the place go
Bring $ it ain’t red lobster but well worth the $$$
The food was goo but it took aong time to get our food, and also a long time to get the check. The staff was courteous. I dont believe they had enough servers on duty
We enjoyed a very nice dinner at the Water Grill. Wonderful oysters and excellent crab. One small complaint was the excessive amount of butter used in a simple fish entree
The chilled seafood tower was a disappointing flavorless watery and chewy waste.
The experience was excellent. Enjoyed the whole affair.
The food was ok but for the price expected better. My wife had a hair in her food and told manager and only got a sorry. Nothing else!!!! Very disappointed
We chose the Water Grill before a concert at Caesar's Palace. We were told it is the newest restaurant in the Forum area.
While they have a variety of items on the menu, including steak, this is a seafood restaurant. My wife had the sushi, which she said was excellent. I could not pass the fresh king crab legs which they sell by the pound. Very fresh.
Service was great and timely as we were trying to get out for the concert.
It is a little on the high side, but the seafood is so fresh it was worth it.
Water Grill is a great addition to the Caesars Forum Shops. The food and the service were outstanding as always. If you want great seafood, Water Grill is a must.
Our expectations were to have an atmosphere and food like the Los Angeles restaurant. The food lacked in taste and the restaurant atmosphere was way too big
Good food great location!
All is all
It was very good. The service was attentive and our orders correct. My steak was cooked as ordered. Fries $9 was little extreme. The peanut Butter ice cream was excellent
I love there seafood, Karla their sommelier is wonderful and knowledgeable, their cocktails are amazing, and their overall ambiance lovely!
Good selection of Oysters and seafood.
Food was great, Whole Dover cooked perfectly. Attentive Server and Staff.
What an incredibly memorable night!
