First time going

We love this place, they have excellent service, the best oysters anywhere, a great Old Fashioned and the place is super cool.

Food & service outstanding- really enjoyed talking to our server Chad - we will definitely go back!

Service was fast and the food was delicious. Make sure to try the cioppino and have a blvd to go with it.

Outstanding!! Exceptional seafood quality. Oyster bar is a joy to watch. Highly recommend the Blue Pool and Olde Salt.
Scallops entree has a spectacular sauce and the broccolini side is the best.

I have to say the seafood we had was amazing, the best scallops and sea bass we have ever had in our 33 years of marriage. The place looks amazing ewe were lucky enough to sit right by the open kitchen to watch everything being prepared and going out, including the huge Alaskan king crab, that was worth the experience alone. The service was great and dessert was outstanding.
The only thing we were disappointed in was the side dishes on the plate and separate. The cauliflower with my scallops had no flavor and under cooked. The gnocchi wasn’t cooked properly with the sea bass, an Italian would truly be upset. We also had the roasted squash and once again lacked any flavor. It’s too bad because the seafood was so amazing.

Jeff was our server and he was amazing. He had great insights on the bar menu and was quick, friendly and patient when we had multiple questions about the menu.

Fuimos a celebrar Año Nuevo. Tardaron una hora diez minutos para darnos la mesa, es decir nuestra reserva era para más 21:45 y nos sentamos en la mesa a las 23 hs. Durante la espera no te ofrecieron ni un vaso de agua, no había alcohol en gel y nadie respetaba la distancia. Nos ubicaron en una mesa en un piso de arriba, es un especié de salón de convenciones horrible, nada que ver con el ambiente y la decoración del salón principal. Tardaron muchísimo en atendernos, y para cuando nos tomaron el pedido se habían quedado sin opciones de postre. Todo de película de terror. Arruinaron nuestra cena de fin de año y pagamos una fortuna. No volvemos nunca más!

Food was ok but a pricey for quality. Crab legs and shrimp were a little salty and tasted a little old. Wagu beef was much too fatty there was hardly any meat. They overbooked so wait was 40 minutes after reservation time. Ambiance was great though.

Las bebidas, que pagamos $40 por persona, nos cansamos de reclamarlas, llegaron todas tardes despues de las comidas correspondientes.
El postre ya no habia nada solamente ice cream, que no estaba en el menu.
Un desastre para gastar $800 por 4 personas.
Lo lamento mucho porque es un restaurante donde se come muy bien siempre, y donde vamos siempre que vamos a Vegas., pero este fin del 2020 muy mal organizaod y servido.

Took 45 minutes to get seated. Drinks were comped but it took 3.5 hours to finish a dinner on NYE

New Years Eve 2020. Had 9 pm reservations. Was seated at 9:30. Was told twice 5- 10 more minutes.
We were two in our party but was seated at a table for 5. Very awkward and uncomfortable.
Dessert offerings were a choice of three, but when it was time to order dessert the options changed. My husband was given cheesecake that was still frozen and my chocolate cake was very cold(obviously was thawed).
This restaurant has been in business for a while and has numerous locations. Being a well established restaurant they know how to operate on holidays.
Very disappointed.

Amazing food. Great experience. We got the chef’s menu for New Years Eve. And everything tastes fresh and delicious

I had a NYE reservation at 8:15pm... they had overbooked the restaurant so we were not seated until around 9pm. We also were not seated in the regular part of the restaurant near the Forum Shops but taken upstairs to some sort of overflow room. I know this is all COVID- related but it was poorly managed. Once seated we only saw our server twice the first entire 1 hour and did not even get to order food until 10pm. Our table was largely ignored. We asked for extra bread after 15 minutes, it arrived around 11:15pm. Most things we asked for we had to ask 2-3 times.
The night took so long that out of a 4 course fixed menu we had to skip the 3rd course because we needed to get to another event before midnight which we ended up missing. Was there a discount offered? Anything? Of course not. The food we got to eat was indeed excellent at a 5 star level but this was 2 star service by a staff that seemed capable but for some reason just couldn't handle a basic processing of a 4 course dinner on New Years Eve. Very disappointing experience on what was supposed to be a special night.
