They have a good system now. We were seated quickly. All the food was great, especially the specialty cocktails. Our entire family enjoyed the food. Very good and prompt service.

We like this wellie's in Hudson better than the one in Marlboro. The waitress / bartender was outstanding. We love the food and we are ready to go back.

This is the third time I have dined at Welly's since they opened. I have not gone out to eat a lot with COVID, but Welly's is following protocols and I felt safe each time I visited.

What has impressed me each time is the value you get for your money. During our last visit, we got a bottle of wine, 2 appetizers, a burger and a small pizza, and a dessert. Our bill with tip was under $100. That does not happen a lot for us at other places.

They had a blueberry cheesecake with white chocolate for dessert which was amazing!

This is quickly becoming one of our favorite places to dine!

We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Wellys. The food was fantastic and the service was great!

Food was very good & service was excellent. Staff was friendly & took good care of the us.

The experience was good it is always good. But this time around. Our entrees came out with our appetizers. We had to send our meal back and it was not hot once we got to eating it.

Had very high expectations and unfortunately none of them were met. Dishes did not looked like the pictures or were made as described in the menu.

Seated right next to a large loud party. The dividers do not do much other than be there. We definitely felt this was the least Covid safe restaurant we have eaten at. The person on the other side of the divider was 2 feet away. We were bummed since we were look

Great service and atmosphere

Our night at Welly's was fabulous. I was disappointed that we could not eat outside. I made the reservations online requesting outdoor seating. Our table was tight with walls on both sides but we didn't mind it because it made us feel safe. The food was awesome. I got the short ribs with mashed potatoes and mushroom gravy. The meat was so tender and flavorful, I did not need a knife to cut into it. My husband's chicken carbornora was very good. Chicken was tender, plenty of bacon and the sauce was so tasty. The serving size was generous so much so that he could not finish it. The only negative part of the night was we forgot the takeout box.

It was our first time here and we loved it! The food and the drinks were awesome. The staff did just a good job making everything feel safe and it had such a warm and cozy vibe. We can’t wait to go back !!

My wife and I love going to downtown Hudson for date nights, and since the renovations to the rotary/street, and COVID-19, we've seen Welly's pretty busy, so we thought we'd give it a try. We enjoy the overall experience a place can bring; the service, food, location, etc., and think about this when thinking if we'd go back there. It was the first cold night where we were sitting outside to eat, and we were cold.
Location: Even though Welly's had some heat lamps, there is a lot of open space between them and the tables, and it was a little windy. The metal chairs didn't help either as they seem to retain the cold.
Service: We were happy with the service, although I'd say the servers can benefit from some more training. My wife ordered a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon, and the server brought her a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. Honest mistake, but when we asked to clarify that Cab Sav is in fact a red wine (we were starting to doubt ourselves), the server seemed to not know the difference and played it off that there was a miscommunication with the bar staff. Later, I ordered an IPA and found that it tasted eerily like it had a cinnamon sugar rim, but saw no contents of one on my glass, however when the server brought us our check he indicated that on our bill we could ignore where it said cinnamon sugar rim next to my IPA I purchased. There was another mixup, but there shouldn't have been a cinnamon sugar rim on my glass. My best guess is that one was put on there and then washed off and the same glass was used, but the taste was still there. I'd also be remiss if I didn't mention that having a beer served in another breweries labeled shaker pint glass is kind of a bummer for me especially with all the amazing resources for serving beer properly around today. Please check out the Cicerone Certified Beer Server course. I believe it will only help your establishment get better.
Food: We liked the food, but weren't blown away by it.
For now, we don't plan to return.

The ambiance at night outside makes one feel they are dinning in the Back Bay Boston.

the bad- very loud and the servers language barrier was made worse with the masks. They couldn't understand us and we couldn't understand them.
Homemade French onion soup was luke warm, peppery and quite salty. Fish n Chips were over battered and cooked.

I suggest they take combo selections off printed menu if they are not offering them at lunchtime now.

Food, service , atmosphere... all outstanding!!!! So glad wellys opened in Hudson !!!

First time to the Hudson location. The new barriers made you feel safe. Joel was a super server!! Great job Welly's!!

I ordered Julie’s chicken over rice pilaf. It is a sauté dish with asparagus, red bell peppers in a lite white wine sauce. Absolutely delicious!!

sat outside on the sidewalk which was great. burger (Brazilian) was very good. look at that picture of how few onion rings I got with my order! that's just not right. I had to ration my opinion ring consumption rate. anyways, I'm going to say something next time, because this really isn't ok.

Finally a chance to step inside and check the new restaurant at the Hudson rotary. Fires and outside seating had great ambiance, we were inside at a high top in bar. Food, service were great but our seating area was very busy, loud with bar activity, people at the door, servers coming by. Would love next time to be around the corner in dining area.

Have been to the Marlborough site - but love the location and look of Hudson. Menu still expansive and great specials. Can't wait to go again.

If you like finding fresh, new, never visited dining spots with a great menu and very good food then to Welly's on in Hudson should be on your list. Google maps and destinations does not recognize yet this new location so just head for the Hudson Circle.

Outdoor dining looked amazing, though we were seated indoors. They were careful with the COVID protocols.
