   This is the third time I’ve dined at Whisky & Ramen for dinner but probably my best experience. The dining room is sleek and modern and there are three different areas which offer a different experience-kitchen/ramen bar, downstairs bar and main dining room. Cocktails are creative and the whiskey selection is fantastic. Every bite was delicious, perfectly seasoned, cooked, balanced. I ordered the vegan steamed buns, roasted shoshito peppers, seared scallops with risotto, asparagus and micro greens salad and also tried the vegan ramen. I have not experienced the same level of service and quality at any other restaurant in Anchorage in two years of living here.

   We’ve been to whisky & ramen 10-12 times now, every time the service seems to improve. Tonight our server Tyler was by far the best we’ve ever had. Extremely attentive and helpful, situational awareness is probably the highest I’ve ever seen with a server. Thank you for the the most amazing and special birthday dinner.

   Service and food were both phenomenal as always. We did not like the area we were seated at for this most recent dining experience. We were in the alcove with three tables, most likely because we had a child with us and the tables in that area had small children and babies seated as well. We had been seated in the open air area with our daughter before for an early reservation which was my expectation for yesterday. But again, food and service was on point as always.

   I reserved a table in advance and have been looking forward to the Whisky and Ramen experience for a long time and it did not disappoint! Our cocktails, appetizers, entrees and desserts were all delicious. My prime ribeye was perfect!

   Great spot! Upscale atmosphere, great cocktails and delicious food! Got the scotch tamago and whiskey pork buns - definitely recommend!! Two in each order but was able to easily cut in half to share for our group of four at least to get a good bite. The sugamo star was a great savory, light ramen dish that was filling and not too rich. Some of the dishes are richer and could be stretched to two meals/leftovers. If you’re looking for delicious food, upscale unique atmosphere and great cocktails come here! Menu price is a little high but good food quality!

   It was my friend and I’s first time here and we were not disappointed! The decor was beautiful, the food was delicious and our server was the sweetest. Will definitely have to come again.

   Every business trip to Anchorage calls for a dinner at Whiskey & Ramen. The food is phenomenal! The drinks are outstanding!

   Whisky and Ramen never disappoints! I had a new cocktail (muskrat fizz..tasted like a creamsicle!) and a new app (the salad, so fresh!) and a new ramen, the dark horse (don’t let the spicy word scare you! It’s not bad at all!) this was my second time with server Alex and he was impeccable!
