Valentines Day - where are the ‘zero’ stars? Worst traditional experience yet. We had reservations for 7pm. We stood around ~ 10 min before my husband had to get the attention of staff to have us seated (along with others). Took another 30+ min to get drink/food orders. Took an hour and 13 min to get our food which my husband went to counter to get. It was literally room temperature when he sat it down, if not even cooler. Watched drive thru patrons, walk-ins & food delivery drivers get their food first. Most disappointing experience.

It was good to celebrate at White Castle again after Covid stopped it. So glad it came back. Food was decent but lukewarm. Our server took order and disappeared. It took over 20 minutes to get our order. Probably would make sense to just order at the counter if not enough employees. We finally went to counter and paid and left. We would still do this again next year. This was our 7th time Celebrating Valentine’s Day at the WC Lounge.

The food was better than I thought. The service was good. The variety of items to order was more than I expected. I had rarely eaten at White Castle, and I was expecting mainly hamburgers and cheeseburgers. Actually I ordered waffles with chicken, and waffles with eggs, and mac and cheese bites. I did not like the mac and cheese. Other people at my table ordered French fries and onion rings. Both the French fries & onion rings were good. I liked the waffle with chicken, but the waffle with eggs did not have eggs that I liked. I would have preferred the egg to be scrambled. I also had been told when I called the office for them to help me e-mail a reservation that I would be getting a few decorations to take home. This did not happen.

They had there Valentine’s Day deal, and it was really fun and professional, we plan on making it a Valentine’s Day tradition!
