The Wicked Oyster
The sides were very plain, the steak was just ok. The dessert, blood orange brûlée was very good
Great food. Good service with a great dessert recommendation. Will be back the next time I am in the area.
Very pleasant outdoor dining venue. They have worked hard to make the dining experience work well. Food was outstanding, good service, and the outdoor tent worked well. We had a warm evening (60 degrees) and did not need the heat lamps, but they area available if needed.
Perfectly executed entrees with great service. Highly recommend !
First, Wicked Oyster accommodated our desire to eat outside on a cold night with two heaters. The service was friendly, professional, and prompt. The Margaritas were extremely good; we also enjoyed our meals - seasonal and tastey - ending with flourless chocolate cake. A great dining experience.
Was there in the foulest of weather, warm and cozy, great decor, amazing starters and cocktails along with a very delicious dinner!!! Don’t forget to end with a heat dessert and a hot coffee drink!!!👍🍷👍...
My wife and I both felt our experience at The Wicked Oyster was amazing. This was our first time in Cape Cod. It was post season which would most likely account for the quiet rating I gave the restaurant. No idea how noisy in-seasonbut guessing it would a bit more lively. The spacing was great and the service was exemplary. The food was outstanding. Both dishes were first rate and quality was comparable to the best big city fine dining. Can't wait to get back there.
Cute place. Ate outside
In the back patio. Food was very good and service was excellent also
Outdoors in a quiet court between Wicked proper and the Berta Walker gallery. We have been eating at Wicked for years and are pleased to report that the tradition of excellent food is maintained. Standout dish was grilled romaine salad with smoked tomato dressing- terrific. The “subtle hot” margarita was too subtle not enough heat, suggest an option to make it hotter. A great experience overall we will continue to eat here as long as it is open.
As always food was outstanding! One of our favorite restaurants on the Cape!
Very enjoyable evening, the food was good with a lot of variety.
If you don’t mind waiting for your reservation, then this is the place to go. We had to wait till almost 7:40 to be seated for our 7 pm reservation. That was disappointing But once seated, all was well. We chose outside on a chilly night but were seated near a heater so we weren’t too uncomfortable (we all wore jackets.). They have a fun drink menu and plenty of beers and wines to chose from. We started with the calamari which was a nice size appetizer portion for 6 of us. And we also each enjoyed a Wellfleet Oyster. All our meals were very good as was the service. I do recommend for delicious food. But just be ready for a possible delay to be seated. It was the long weekend, and the Cape was busy, so maybe that was part of it.
The food & service were both wonderful. Everything we were hoping for!
Our dinner at the wicked oyster was nice. It was not the best and certainly far from the worst. We had to wait a while for a table, service was a little slow in the food was good. Limited options but definitely a nice experience.
Always enjoy eating at the Wicked . Food & staff are great !
One of my favorite spots in the outer cape! the Food, service, ambience are all great!
Most well cooked calamari ever, crisp outside very tender inside. Supurb
A belated birthday dinner with my sister. Our waiter was attentive and personable. Tables were properly distanced - we dined inside due to rain. We had appetizers - tuna sashimi and shrimp spring rolls. We shared a salad and each had a wonderful lobster gnocchi dish. My sister had a chocolate bombe for dessert and I had the blood orange flan. We thoroughly enjoyed our leisurely meal with a bottle of French Sauvignon Blanc. I recommend the Wicked Oyster for their excellent food and good service.
Awesome vibe & ambience. Great cocktails and seafood. Everyone was pleased!
Very nice dinner, food was excellent.
Waitress seemed a bit rushed, all else was great
Consistently a great experience! One of our must go to places when we’re vacationing in the area. Menu has enough variety to please almost everyone, without being overwhelming. Our server was lovely!
Great meal, great service, in a nice setting outside under the sails and white lights
A wonderful evening as is consistent with this Wellfleet gem.
Our first restaurant experience since the pandemic. Likely would not have done it if we were not given a gift card as we are high risk, but we booked an outdoor table and felt safe. Both the service and the cuisine was up to Wicked standards and we were very pleased.
All delicious and delightful.
Our server was pleasant and all the items arrived in a timely manner. We loved the broiled oyster and fennel app. Delicious!
Always a great experience! Food was delicious and the server was exceptional
Unfortunately our meal was poor. Duck was overcooked. Bread was undercooked and we had dough on our fingers. Pizza was a mess and ash got and all toppings fell off. We waited 20 minutes before someone acknowledged us and we asked to sit near a near a heater and were not accommodated so we were cold. Would not recommend.
We reserved a table to dine outside. Knowing it was cold, we dressed appropriately. The outdoor chairs are metal, so they were very cold. The Wicked Oyster is absolutely one of my favorite restaurants in Wellfleet. Always my #1 choice when my husband asks where I would like to go...
We ordered crab cakes snd spring rolls for appetizers. Neither up to their usual standard. We had just eaten there two weeks ago and the spring rolls were outstanding. I ordered my standard Pan Fried Sole, for the first time ever I was quite disappointed as it was completely over cooked ☹️.
We will return because we have had so many wonderful experiences there with our family. But I’m hoping this last experience was a fluke, and will not be repeated.
Our friend Bob mentioned this nice restaurant during our stay in P'town, so we decided to check it out.
The grilled octopus app was delicious. A large portion of a tender but nicely seared octopus with a delicate and tasty flavor profile.
The steak with bourbon sauce was outstanding. We asked for medium and it came perfectly medium. The meat itself was tender and well seasoned, and the bourbon sauce on top made the dish unforgettable.
The staff is very friendly and very efficient. We sat outside under a gas heat lamp and the evening was perfect. Check it out next time you are in the area.
Wow what a nice meal - fish and chips were excellent and we had wonderful service. Cute outside seating near the interesting tree - will be back!
It couldn’t have been better. Our server Emily was excellent. The cocktails were great. I told my significant other he needed to try the Wellfleet oysters. They did not disappoint. The crab cakes were melt in your mouth and the butternut squash ravioli with seared scallops was fantastic. I would definitely return.
Vacation with friends
Very well laid-out and attractive outdoor patio with excellent distance between tables allows diners to enjoy the good food without any anxiety about health issues.
A very nice dinner! We ate outside, socially distanced. The night was very cool and they had propane heaters throughout. Fresh oysters, lobster gnocchi and crab cakes followed by a chocolate bombe was all delish.
Service impeccable, food outstanding, had scallop risotto, he had lobster risotto.
nice places to eat outside during covid times. Very nice that they have daily specials too. food was excellent and very local.
The Wicked Oyster is one of my favorite Cape restaurants. Best place anywhere for breakfast and their dinners are wonderful, good value, great ambience.
A broad menu that effectively and creatively incorporated local and seasonal foods, attentive service and a lovely outdoor seating area.
Food was excellent as always. We felt a bit rushed by our server. Disappointed that bread and butter is an extra charge.
