   This was our first visit to Windy Hill Farm and Preserve. In short, our experience was excellent. The restaurant staff was very friendly and accommodating. The quality of the meal could not better, and the ambiance was superb. During our lunch, I said to my wife I think we have just found our new favorite restaurant. We will certainly be back and highly recommend others do the same.

   Love the food at Wilder-best Oysters and Pork Belly in Knoxville. Service is always good and the setting is incredible. I highly recommend going early to get a drink from the bar and sit outside to enjoy the view.

   Everything was wonderful!! The cocktails.. perfect ! Service was excellent. The food exceptionally prepared and very delicious, we loved the gluten free options!!! Will definitely return and highly recommend!!

   The Oysters melted in your mouth and the Pork Belly is the best I have ever eaten (better than Blackberry Farm). It isn't just pork belly perfection, the tea brined greens are a perfect compliment to to the richness of the pork belly.

   Dined here for our anniversary and wow, what an experience. The food, the view, the ambiance, the service... the only complaint I have is that it took us this long to try it. Can't wait to return! Thank you to all of the staff for making this such a memorable and delectable experience!

   Prior to dinner I requested a change to our reservation and the staff was extremely helpful. The restaurant is beautiful and comfortable. The staff at dinner were all friendly and knowledgeable. The tasting menu was delicious, and the included a few extra surprises. My sister had the wine pairing to go along with it, and really enjoyed the pairings. We liked that the restaurant was quiet and the table setup encourages conversation. We'll have to go back for lunch or dinner on the patio by the herb garden. Fantastic experience!

    Wonderful dining experience. Beautiful presentation on food and the food was delicious. Wine choices were excellent and waitstaff incredible was informative and attentive. This may be our favorite restaurant. A plus was the beautiful view.
