Wildest Restaurant & Bar is a chef-driven, award-winning dining destination on El Paseo. Led by Chef Trilby Tatro, Owner Charissa Farley-Hay, and Manager/Sommelier Farouk Chaabi, Wildest showcases some of the most unique cuisine in the Coachella Valley. Signature dishes include our grass-fed, pasture-raised rack of venison, Texas quail, Santa Barbara uni pasta, caviar service, and our cult-favorite trumpet mushroom “calamari.” We prioritize exceptional sourcing—wild-caught fish, local and pasture-raised meats, pristine seasonal produce, and plant-based options crafted with equal creativity. The atmosphere blends striking design with nightly live entertainment, indoor/outdoor dining, and a lively but refined energy.     The restaurant did everything to make our anniversary celebration special. As someone who doesnt drink alcohol, I am often unable to partake in a champagne toast but our server made sure that a non-alcoholic option was available for me. In addition, the appetizers were amazing. Our evening was memorable and I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

    The food and ambience was amazing! Had the beet salad, short ribs and crispy fish and all amazing!!! 5 stars!!! The waitress was perfect!

    My friends and I frequent Wildest Restaurant because Jane takes excellent care of us, doesn't forget my allergies, remembers the wine we love and remembers the items we ordered the last time we came in; Jane is remarkable!!! The staff is unwavering in their professionalism and always remembers us!! I feel like Norm on the Old sitcom Cheers! I always feel like the staff is family!! The Chefs food is out of this world, I would suggest some daily specials or changing the menu seasonally so regular customers don't get tired of same food. The Chef always makes accommodations for my food allergies...coming here for over two years, never had any negative reactions. There is always open parking and a new patio is under construction...YAY!!! Happy hour should be 3PM to 7PM with a Happy Hour menu (Small Bits) that mirror some of the most popular items on most Happy Hour menus in town. Don't Close this Summer Improve happy hour...you'll make lots of $$$$$. I love this restaurant...Come to the BEST PLACE IN THE VALLEY!!! Marty Kurner!!

    We had an outstanding anniversary dinner here, suiting both vegan and non-vegans. The vegan options were some of the best I've ever had, and it made for a very memorable experience. I strongly recommend this restaurant, and will definitely come back next time I am in the area.

    I am gfv and had the most delicious gfv ravioli. Hubby liked his steak, potatoes, and sourdough bread. Everyone was super nice. Server was very attentive and very sweet.

    The varied choices on the menu is excellent. The service and food were wonderful. Wildest is our favorite restaurant when we visit the Palm Springs area.

    Terrific experience during Restaurant Week. Took friends and they loved it too. Food great, Service excellent. Next time will request bar area vs restaurant (right next to one another) so we can enjoy the guitarist. Great ambiance also.
