Wildfire - Tysons
Thoroughly enjoyed everything.
It was great food and good service
We met for our friend’s bday. We were seated in a space where we could hear each other well. Service was great.
My family and I had an enjoyable experience. It was our first time there and we were treated well by the staff. The salad was super fresh, the salmon was cooked to perfection, and the flourless chocolate torte was just the right amount of sweetness to end the meal. Would come back!
Visiting in town and this came up on our Open Table list. We were so happy that we dined here. Excellent service, great food. Would dine again if we are back in town!
I wrote a review on another site but as a summary, they forgot the drinks and never told us they had a flight of wines which we would have ordered for restaurant week. The chicken soup was like drinking an enchilada. The pork chop was good but the chicken Francesca we both weren’t a fan of and neither of us liked the dessert it was like a hard brownie. The potatoes were good but we both didn’t like the creamed spinach. We would not go back.
The food only received three stars because I sent my French fries back initially because it wasn’t hot. The second round of fries were recooked fries in lieu of fresh cooked fries.
A good place for a quiet dinner, nicely served. Wines are expensive, $18 a glass, or $70+ per bottle of a average-to-good wine. Salmon excellent. Deserts excellent.
Very good and excellent service
The booths at Wildfire were perfect for conversation. The waitstaff was friendly. Good food. I would go back!!
We had a business lunch. It was a little bit loud. If we were discussing a more in-depth topic the location would not have worked as well.
Foods were good. I have to mention that the roasted vegetables were cooked just right. Often they were charred! I recommended that no one order the cod since I had a bad experience with it a few weeks ago.
The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was fantastic! Attentive service and the food was great!
Service was not up to Wildfire standards. Very surprised.
The cocktails, food, and service here are always very good! We love this place for lunch or dinner.
The appetizers of roasted beet my wife got the three filet medallion special, your choice of three flavors, so she went with the horseradish, parmesan, and goat cheese. All three medallions were cooked perfectly (medium rare), full of flavor, and delightfully delicious. The porterhouse was an impeccable medium and full of flavor with the exception of a portion (three bites) that was seared a bit too much causing over powering charred flavor. Overall, a much better experience this time and we'll definitely return to Wildfire again.
Wildfire is always great... and always give me the table I want! 👍unfortunately, this visit our waitress was MIA ... ran out of drinks and had to ask someone to send her over to order more, by time they arrived we were done... then took forever to get out check. I'll be back but this was not great service this time...
I decided to splurge and take my family to dinner to celebrate my daughters 16th birthday and was extremely disappointed. My brothers steak had to be sent back because it was not even cooked, my moms steak was not cooked well enough, my husbands chicken was extremely dry. Our waitress was terrible. She barely attended to us and we had to seek out other wait staff regarding the steak and to get drinks. When leaving, we found our waitress hanging out in the bar area chatting with other staff. It was an awful experience especially when being there to celebrate and spend a significant amount of money. I can honestly say, I would not recommend this restaurant.
We had a delightful time! The food was quite delicious, as well. Our daughter recommended it. She works in Tysons and arranges corporate events there. Strangely it was loud, but the acoustics were amazing. We had no trouble hearing one another at a table for 7!!
The food I had this time was below average. The whole burger was BURNED. I don’t know why they think that is acceptable to serve. I have came to this place a lot of times, this is just not acceptable.
Our server Luis G was fantastic! He helped me set up the LettuceEats app to get reward points. His service was wonderful and the food, phenomenal.
We always sit at the bar for lunch and enjoy 1/2 off bottles of wine every Monday. The food is consistently excellent and bartender Brian is professional, polite and “gets it” when it comes to hospitality. Top-notch service, food & ambience!
We made a somewhat last minute reservation (about 4-5 days in advance) and were able get it for a party of 12. We had brunch and everything was delicious! Our server was amazing - she gave us separate checks and split the desserts we had between us and she did it like it was no big deal! She gave us just the right amount of time to talk and eat and choose what to order. I will definitely be going back there! Great relaxed atmosphere, it handled our large group well, and the food and service were top notch!
We visited last Saturday evening. Oscar was our server and he was attentive to us. Oscar made sure to not allow our sparkling wine to go empty and he constantly filled our waters. Attention to detail is important and he did a great job. Thanks, Oscar!
Always a great place for dinner. Love the corn bread. Reservations are quick and reliable.
Thanks for another great dinner at Wildfire!!
It was lovely!
Went for birthday dinner and had put in special request with open table reservation. In addition told hostess after being seated and Birthday was NEVER acknowledged. Very disappointing. Initially our Waiter came to the table frequently and then once food was served he was difficult to find. Seemed as though the “regulars” received better service, portions and attention.
Service was indifferent. We only stopped in for a sandwich and a drink. My wife’s turkey burger was dry and hard to crew. Prime beef sandwich was ok but barely warm. Not worth the price
