Enjoy wines from acclaimed and well-known wineries as well as growing regions that are up-and-coming. Our favorite restaurant! Great wine!🍷Great food! The best servers! Great views of Disney Springs! Shout out to Amanda D.......our fantastic server! We always have great servers at Wine Bar, but Amanda D. was one of our favorites! She went above and beyond to make our daughter's birthday🎂 special! 👍❣️

Had been here before and will definitely keep returning. If you are a wine aficionado, you will want to come here as George is the highest rated (MS)sommelier in FL. His staff is very knowledgeable as well. Enjoy many fine wines by the bottle, glass or ounce. Food is very good, too. Mostly lighter fare but full steak and chicken dinners available if desired.

Sat at the bar, it was a louder than normal evening but everything was great as usual. Had a great wine and a couple of small plates. The summer salad and house meatballs.

The wait staff are really conscience of customers with allergies and warn about any potential cross-contamination, which is really nice for someone who is gluten and dairy free. They also accommodate and substitute accordingly. It’s a definite must-go if you’re at Disney Springs but want to be conscious of food allergies.

Wine Bar George never fails me. I wanted somewhere to take my Mom who has discovered her love of wine in recent years, and I knew there was no better place. From the shareable plates to the main course and desserts, everything was incredible. My favorite is definitely the meatballs and the short rib, but the hummus was also delicious as someone who sometimes dabbles in making it at home. The service is always exceptional and our waitress today was no exception. She went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, and her knowledge of wines is one to compliment! Each wine was excellent and the dessert chocolate flight was perfect! Watching the sunset on the balcony was the perfect end to the evening. Highly recommend! Will return soon.

From checkin to service staff were friendly and attentive. Ordered 4 tapas meals which were delicious and the charcuterie board with a good variety of meat. Didn’t order wine on this visit but there was a good choice from the wine list. Only a small observation would have liked that the courses were not served too close together felt a bit rushed.

Second time we have ate here, it was for Mother’s Day this time, front of house were fantastic, very accommodating. Our server, not so much, we’re told to hurry up to order brunch as it finished at 2, we got seated at 1.45!! Food didn’t arrive altogether, charcuterie, then one app, then a main, then another app, ridiculous!!! Very disappointing brunch for what should have been a special day!

Wine Bar George is a must when we visit Disney Springs! The staff is knowledgeable with their wine selection, and if you go for a bougie selection, you get a personalized breakdown of the wine's history. The food is also outstanding!

Mother’s Day brunch. What a great meal. My wife was actually dreaming about the Burrata Advocato Toast and the French toast was fantastic. Our server Orlando went above and beyond. His mother would be proud of him. We will be back many more time. Even said hi to George😊

The menu is limited to a deliberate set of dishes. Everything we had was outstanding. My coworker and I split the whole fish and a tomato fresh mozzarella salad. They were delicious and the fish was cooked perfectly. The service was excellent. I liked that the wines are served in a variety of volumes. The wine steward was knowledgeable as well.
