Wine Tasting - Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant - Ashburn

The wine tasting at Cooper's Hawk Ashburn is excellent. You have a choice in the selection from premium, standard or sweet. Devin was knowledgeable and attentive. You do need to make reservations for the tastings due to COVID.

Had an amazing time. Our server Michael was very knowledgeable about the wines and a lot of fun. I definitely will return and recommend.

Marian lead us through our tasting experience and she was absolutely lovely! Very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to enjoy ourselves and made some great recommendations for wine at home. Will definitely return!

Didn't eat, this was only a wine tasting and 45 min is too short. Needs to be one hour. This is the second one that I had to do in 45 min and it felt rushed both times.

We enjoyed our first tasting by Alex! He was attentive without offering less attention to everyone at the bar. We've been many times and have our favorite "wine"-tenders. Alex will now be added to our favorites list!

The pourer didn’t really go over the wines and was rushing us with frequent reminders about finishing the tasting before 10 even though it wasn’t even much past 9. Not the normal tasting for sure.

Please keep the calamari appetizer - it was awesome!!

Our wine tasting was fantastic. Loved our server, Marion. She made our night! It is a great value, even more so because we are members! We each got a different tasting and loved that we had flexibility!
We were early for our reservation but brought to our reservation a little late, I think due to ensuring space due to Covid regulations. The tastings are now only 45 minutes, which felt a little rushed but we understood that because to Covid more time was needed to set up.
Absolutely would recommend the tasting and believe that all who do the tasting will find wines they enjoy!

We had a great time. The staff was very knowledgeable and they were accommodating for us to stay for lunch after our tasting.

Did a wine tasting , our tasting room associate was phenomenal, talked to us about all of our wines , helped us with gift selections and was very charming , we frequent here quite often and always have a great experience, we then adjourned to the bar and had a bottle of Merlot and some apps , the Brussels were as good as ever

Always an awesome experience at Coopers Hawk. Leslie did an excellent job during our wine tasting event. As wine club members we have missed the tastings. Now that you have to make reservations for a tasting, the experience was a little more personalized since Leslie was dedicated to making us happy and enjoying the wines we tasted. Will definitely do it again.

We had out tasting with Bobbi. She has been a staple at this restaurant since the beginning. She is very welcoming and takes time to explain the wines to you. It is always nice to walk in and see her friendly face behind the tasting bar!
