最上級の肉を焼肉ソムリエに焼いていただくサービスがあり、最上級の焼肉が楽しめます。

お肉も雰囲気もサービスも素晴らしいです。あまり人に紹介したくないですね。予約が取りにくくなると困りますので。笑

いつもホスピタリティも素晴らしく、楽しく食事、会話が出来、相手方からも喜ばれてます。

The menu that open table list under this restaurant isn’t the real menu, not everything if anything is offered. Expect a much more expensive menu especially during the holidays for the same items. The price my friends and I paid was 3 times the price shown on the website. Food was decent and expected from a yakiniku place.

Excellent quality of beef cuts and great service. However they add a 10% extra charge on the bill on top of consumption tax so you pay 20% over an already expensive bill !

Restaurant located on the top floor of a retail building in the Ginza Prefecture of Tokyo.
Requested the Excellent Cut of the assorted branded and prime wagyu beef: thick cut of prime beef tongue, prime sirloin, Chateaubriand, extra prime harami, skirt steak and ribeye. All meats are thinly sliced and were placed in a large, colorful deep platter and were ready for grilling. Also included in the platter were sliced up vegetables of peppers, mushrooms, potatoes, okras and eggplants. All were neatly, beautifully displayed and presented. Entire presentation was colorful. There was a built-in grill in the middle of our table. Server cooked each type of meats and vegetables separately. Meats were prepared for diners preference. Our meats were cooked medium rare. No other seasoning was added to the meats or vegetables. A deep red dessert platter consisting of slices of dragon fruit, seedless grape, sweet melon, white pear, chocolate cake and lemon cake arrives next. It was also displayed lavishly and was refreshing. Service was friendly and utmost attentive. Ambiance was serene, quiet, spacious and comfortable. Grill cooks food rapidly. Grade of meats were tender and well-seasoned and delicious. I highly recommend foodies to give this restaurant a visit and they will reward themselves a content and satisfying experience.

randomly place this place cause is near my hotel, turn out to be excellent, no wonder they put the word "excellent" in their shop name, haha....

Excellent service with very broad varieties of nationalities of stuff so that you will not have language barrier.
Food was nice.
Every table was in its private room, so you can enjoy the privacy.
Just a bit pricey.

Unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t what I was expecting from the information provided. It would be more suitable for groups as my daughter and I were a bit lonely sitting in a small room. Thought it was a bit pricey for what it was.

Excellent meat dinner in a comfortable and elegant but still informal environment. The service was nice even though not perfect and since the bill was very very high I and you wold expect perfection also in service I would rate a four due to the value for money consideration.

The service was perfect and the meat selections were amazing. Only in Japan! We’re planning to eat here again before we head back to the U.S.

I think this was the 6th times I have been to this restaurant. The food quality still in good standard. Excellent beef.
More foreign staff, with good English speaking.
However, the services standard can't compare to pervious Japanese staff, special the female foreign staff. Example, she just pass you the drink but not serve on the right location. When you add order her answer is just ok.

Japanese beef is way too fat.
Two beef sets is too much for a couple.
It’s better to order one set and some other vegetables.

Good food. Quiet and nice place. Great service. Very expensive.

Excellent wagyu selection. Great wine pairings! Will be back

普段からトラジを利用していますが、他店と雰囲気は違ってました。サービスもメニューについて丁寧に説明してもらっていつもと違う雰囲気で食事が楽しめました。

接客、サービス、味、雰囲気全て最高でした。場所柄競争が激しく大変でしょうが大満足でした。また是非立ち寄りたいと思います。

お肉も上質で、サービス満点。銀座の目抜き通りにあって、個室も広く、家族から商談まで幅広く活用できる。

サービスの方がとても気さくで、対応もとても素晴らしくとても居心地のよい空間でした。

素晴らしいコスパ。あまり教えたくないくらい。トラジの高級バージョンという位置づけだが、たいして高単価になっているわけでもないのに、内装、雰囲気、サービス、質、すべてが上級。

美味しいとは思うけど、少し高すぎるかな？
普通のトラジで十分美味しい。逆にキムチは一般のトラジのほうが美味しかったかも。キムチも違うのかな？

個室で静か。焼肉店とは思えない上品さ。店員さんが丁寧に1枚ずつ焼いてくれます。新しい食べ方も提案していただいて焼肉の世界が広がりました！

相手方も喜んで頂き、素晴らしいお店で良かったです。
お料理も接客も申し分なしです。
プライベートでも、是非利用したいです。

This is the real deal in high end barbecue meats. No atmosphere but an elegant place, first class meats and that is about it.

店内・個室の雰囲気、接客、料理全てが100点満点でした。他のトラジとは良い意味で全く別の焼肉店ですので初めて行く方は衝撃を受けるかもしれません。銀座という場所柄、少しだけお洒落して特別な日に行くのが良いかもしれません。

We were sat at table in one of the private dining rooms. Reasonable prices for the waygu beef yakiniku set. Although we were in a very formal setting, we still felt comfortable and the service was so friendly! Food was amazing. Would return.
