There were three tables with patrons and we were told it would be at least a half hour for a pizza so we had to choose other dishes of which neither were very good. As we left we saw 4 kitchen staff standing around doing nothing.
Not sure what the deal is but it could be a cute place if the service and food were good
My wife and I live in York Pa and whenever we are in Hershey area we stop at Your Place for the best Stromboli in the area. Always look forward to stopping there.
it was OK, nothing overwhelming. Server was nice and place had a cool vibe but not somewhere I'd go out of my way to get to again.
We had a reservation for 12:45 and had to be back for a conference at the Hershey lodge for 2:00. It was 1:45 and our food wasn’t even close to coming out. We were going to take it to go until we saw our sever handling the food with no gloves on knowing she was just handling money and cards. And to top it all off they wanted to charge us full price for the food and even messed up our order. We walked out told them to keep the food! The kitchen basically crashed and they knew the amount of people they had coming because we all had reservations from the conference!!
I read the reviews for Your Place Restaurant and was a little hesitant to make a reservation for 7 but Hershey was crowded because of the State Cross Country Meet. Most every other eatery was booked except for very early or very late and so off we went. The mistake is thinking that You are going to a restaurant. Your Place is a Pub/Bar and that is what I expected and that is what it was for us. The noise level is loud but the service, the food and the prices were all fine. Some of us played pool, some of us watched football on TV and some of us just chilled. I would recommend Your Place but have You understand that this is a Pub/Bar...sit back and enjoy.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in any restaurant. I made a reservation at 6:45 for my sister’s birthday. We showed up a couple minutes early and stood in the entranceway where there was no host stand or host to greet us. We tried to flag someone down for 25 minutes and when we finally got to talk to a server she said she was too busy and then it would probably be another half an hour after it was already half an hour after our reservation. After waiting about 45 minutes we had to leave the restaurant so we wouldn’t be late for the concert. No one tried to stop us or apologize or anything. This was ridiculous
The food was delicious and came out quickly; however, the waitress never came back after giving us our food, and it took a long time to get out check.
Great meals
I reserved open table and when my.party arrived, the host indicated they don't check the open table app so they were unaware of my reservation. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate my large party of 10.
The service was mediocre at best. Food did not come out all at once and we had to wait over 10 minutes for the last two entrees to arrive which were SALADS.
The quesadilla was dry and did not have enough protein or cheese. The gluten free pizza cheese was completely different than the regular cheese pizza. It tasted fake and was clearly microwaved.
I would not suggest to other open table guests.
Great place and great food with fair prices!
