    For a lunch service that was not busy the service slow. Portion sizes are a little small if you are sharing. The sign up process to order on their preferred method via the QR code was frustrating.

    Food was absolutely amazing! Service was horrible and killed the night for me and my family. I brought them their speaking highly on there food and service, but was surprised at the service given. Upon arrival we did not have one person come to serve us, we had to wave or get up to grab someone to serve us. I spoke to a male employee who kept walking away when I was explaining to him that no one has been serving us and we had to grab someone all the time and he kept walking away which was very rude. Was expecting it to change but the rest of the night no one came to check on us! We were not being rude just reasonable, what made it even worst was all tables around us were being well looked after and we were in the EASIEST area to serve, it made no sense other then bad service. Dessert also looked like a child made it, lack of presentation and I think it was because of the male employee was telling them to not care for our service for whatever reason, last time I came, desert was well presented and a delicious desert. Was so dissatisfied and disappointed in the service given to my family and I! Do better! Our family had no other reason for the rude service besides race maybe? We were not rude nor loud, only reasonable.

    Food's great but over priced. Went on boxing day so it was busy and a staff was pressured and stressed so she was getting a bit loud and was raising her voice at her colleague and customers could clearly hear her which was unpleasant.

    Food was poor. Salt and Pepper ribs were not ribs at all. Just chunks. With no onion/pepper/chilli mix on the ribs at all. Rice was cold and we asked for new rice. The last time we came which was a few years ago it was good. Won't visit again.

    The food was decent enough and the evening started well. We were forgotten about and ended up waiting 45 min+ for our food before someone stopped at our table to ask if there was anything we needed.

    Disgusted to be told on arrival that our booking would not be honoured because it was Sunday lunch for 2 people, and we could stand outside and wait 1/2 - 1 hour for a table to become available. This could have been pointed out on the web page. The restaurant had my mobile number from the booking, and could have notified me. Been there several times, but won't be back.

    Lovely service and delicious food. It was our anniversary so they comped our drinks which made us feel so wonderful. Will be coming back next year.
