the shūmatsu brunch begins with table-served Zuma’s signature cold dishes and sushi / sashimi platters. explore the newly unveiled baikingu station— set in front of the robata grill, where chefs showcase their artistry. enjoy our delectable main courses, featuring tempura, shrimp and chicken karaage, sweet corn with shiso butter, tiger prawn with apple chili miso, tsukune chicken with teriyaki glaze, Japanese oden, pork gyoza with spicy yuzu truffle, Japanese takoyaki with nori, bonito, and yuzu mayo, barley miso chicken, pork rib with spring onion, and Australian angus sirloin steak and saba fish with Japanese herbs, ginger and spring onion. the brunch offers 4 food and beverage packages, including 2.5 hours of unlimited champagne, wine, and soft drinks to suit diverse preferences.

Food was pretty good, although not mind blowing, and definitely not worth the price they charge, especially with very inexperienced wait staff who just threw the food down without any care or explanation, and weren't able to answer questions about the dishes when asked.

While the food was excellent, the service was really poor, and the manager did not offer anything but an apology for the poor service. For the price you pay, and the reputation of Zuma, we would have expected MUCH more

Excellent dinner all round. Service and food first class - expensive but definitely good value for the experience.

By the end of the meal, though feeling drastically under-dressed, my family and I felt welcomed regardless how we’re dressed. We loved the seasonal mushroom rice and the signature beef. The sushi and the robata grilled skewers were also fantastic. My wife and I with one child each hand the other supporting our full bellies. The meal was fantastic.
