Zuma Restaurant - Las Vegas
Outstanding food and service across the board. Unique drinks that were amazing.
EXCELLENT. 4.5 stars. YES we would go back. LONGER VERSION: We are Vegas locals, and decided to go to the Strip to try Zuma for the first time. SERVICE: It was not busy in the beginning for a Sunday night, (but was later) and we were seated in a simple table. A bit cozy, but OK. Service from James - our main server - was Outstanding. He was there when you needed him and had a great attitude - especially considering the world events of March 2020. Nice job. WINE and COCKTAILS: By the glass (and bottle) had a small but adequate selection, and we opted to go with a couple of wines by the glass. Very good. FOOD: We started with the Prawn and Cod Gyoza, and the Salmon Avocado roll. Continued and shared the Chilean Seabass with the special Sweet Corn side. All fresh and Excellent - very tasty. The special chocolate dessert rounded out the meal. OVERALL: A great experience in the Cosmo. Visitors - Cosmo has some of the better restaurants on the Strip. Tip: Ask for a booth if you have 3+ people so you can see and be seen. Higher end for pricing, but reasonable given the freshness of the meal. YES we would go back. Four Thumbs Up.
The food was a tasty experience with excellent service. Great place for a special occasion. We loved it.
Amazing food! Perfect atmosphere
This is our new favorite place! if you haven't yet tried Zuma, do so!
Dinner Service was terrible.
The bar service on the other hand was great. Made the old fashion's perfectly.
Food....not what I was expecting for the price of it.
Our favorite of the three dinners we had while in Vegas was at Zuma. Sharing the small plates allowed us to try many different flavors, textures and techniques coming from the sushi bar, traditional kitchen and the robata grill. Plating was simple, but elegant. Flavors were robust. Sauces were elegant and creative. We are willing to spend generously for good food, but compared to other restaurants on the same trip, Zuma was moderately-priced for excellent fare. Our only criticism is that our primary server was not very attentive. The army of food runners and bussers took great care of us, but had our server checked in sooner, we would have ordered more food! We will be back.
Awesome as always
We had dinner here before a concert. Reservation was for 6:30 pm and the restaurant was very busy. We ordered some Sake which was great, it was there signature sake. We ordered several dishes and some sushi. The food started coming out pretty quickly. The dumplings were excellent. Dishes started coming out at a nice pace, but then we hit a wall before the sushi arrived. Major time gap here kinda ruined the flow and nice pace we had going. We had to ask our server about it, since we were going to a concert. It finally arrived, and it was good. It should not take that long for three sushi items to come out though. Food and atmosphere were very good despite the time and pace of food thing.
Tried their signature omakase menu. It was a taste adventure! Our favorite was the baked potato with shiso butter, but all the dishes were nicely done. It was our first time there so trying this tasting menu was the way to go. If I had one complaint, it would be the music. It was so loud, we had a hard time making conversation and it had a continuous pulsing beat through the entire meal - felt like we were in a nightclub instead of a beautiful restaurant. Despite the music, the food would bring me back.
This place is forever a 15/10!!! Obsessed!!!
They had good food, but it was so loud. I probably should’ve chosen another restaurant for birthday celebrations.
Great days night restaurant.
3rd time in 8 months, goto place in LV
Limited sushi menu. Got sat by the bar where there were 4 obnoxious morons. Not what I expected.
Best fish ever.
great food and even better service. seasonal veggies were also amazing.
Amazing restaurant with amazing service and even better food. Literally every dish was amazing. The one and only downside is that the seating arrangement is very close so there isn’t much privacy between tables. If you don’t mind neighboring tables hearing any and all of your conversations then you’ll love this place.
Overall great experience
We go to Vegas at least 3 times a year and always try new restaurants. This is, hands down, one of the best we've been to and we will go back. Our server, Jeoffrey (sp), was beyond amazing. His recommendations were spot on, his service was incredible. Thank you for a perfect experience!
Absolutely stellar service by Jeffrey. Our guests were very pleased, as were we.
Amazing service, nice ambience and delicious food
Couldn’t have been a more unique food experience. Pricy but was worth it. We got the chefs selection and became full halfway through. Too much food for us, but it was wonderfully prepared and presentation was beautiful.
Id go again.. just order slacarte though!
Took some Japanese customers there for a meal during a recent trade show. They were impressed which should say a lot.
Food was amazing ! Service was amazing ! Now Zuma is one of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas!
Had dinner, omakase menu at 170 USD
Satisfied! Nice decoration, good quality of raw materials used, loved the seasoning and flavours!
Feels crowded, but the overall food experience is remarkable. Nice nigiris!
Everything was fabulous!!
We got there and were sat in the lounge. I requested a booth. We had a few dishes and couple rounds of drinks then went to Catch.
It was our 2nd time at Zuma and it was even better! The food & service are amazing. Love being near the open kitchen or sushi station. The somm paired a stellar Barolo with our choices. There are so many ways to build your meal but every meal should include the grilled corncobs! Everything we have tried has been delicious!
Our server, James was excellent and the food is great. The only downside was that the tables are pretty close together and the couple sitting next to us was having a heated argument which was unpleasant.
Our server was willing to move us which impressed us.
We had a large group and had the best experience at Zuma. Everything was delicious and the staff was kind and tentative. Thank you for everything. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Vegas.
Es war super!
We were beyond disappointed! We made a reservation for my fiancé' birthday and had dined once before and had a lovely table, and excellent waiter and the tasting menu was superb. This time we started off badly and it got worse. Not only did we not get a lovely table...we didn't get a table at all..they stuck us at the sushi bar in the back of tech restaurant. We selected the most expensive tasting option on the menu for each of us to enjoy and the food came out so fast there was hardly enough time to enjoy the courses. Our waiter was very nice to us but the whole evening was just poor...however the food was good but frankly not as good as our initial visit..all in all we left very unhappy and disappointed. we had recommenced this place to a number of our friends but won't do that again.
Consistently one of the best restaurants in Vegas! Not cheap but if you want an amazing night out with incredible food, this is the place!
Delicious food. Excellent quality. Typical expensive Vegas prices but I’d go back. We ordered à la carte. But would have been better to do omakase. Next time.
Our server was wonderful, the food was fresh and the ambiance was nice. Must stop if you’re in Vegas!
Consistently my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas and I got there about 5x per year.
