It’s cold as hell at night with no heaters to keep the other tables warm.
Every time we have dined here it has always been a nice experience. Although I feel the sushi chefs should say if they are out of a certain fish on the menu to the servers. So that the servers can say “I’m sorry but we don’t have that at moment” as opposed to waiting 20 minutes later to say “I’m sorry but I just found out we don’t have that item at the moment”.
Restaurant is really nice and comfortable, food is excellent.
The reason I gave low rating is because in all my times coming here I’ve never had service like this, or anywhere. I made a reservation and was seated right away, going good, but after being seated, no one came to ask about drinks, or if we needed help. The entire time 3 different waiters/waitresses walked back and forth passed us and not one person even asked if we needed help or assistance with anything. Not even making sure if we had a waiter at all. My date and I went 30 min sitting at the table with NOT EVEN a water. We got up and left to a different restaurant and we were disappointed.
Amber was great. Food was delicious!
Food was really good, my favorite plate is the Filet mignon and colossal shrimp. Very Delicious! Overall experience was great!
All around poor took 45 min to get fist appetizer and over an hour to get toro ! Thing is it was bad service and server wasn’t even busy . Bartender made a bad drink didn’t even know how to make it then when I wanted to correct it gave me attitude. I won’t be back

It was a warm day, we wanted to sit outside, but decided to sit inside instead. The temp inside was a bit too cold for me. But other than that we had an amazing dinner.
We like RA Sushi as the sushi is very good but there are lots of tasty choices for me who does not eat sushi. The food is tasty and a good value.
During this pandemic they seem to be doing a great job of cleaning, and spacing out customers and other safety measures!
I requested an outdoor seating location, due to COVID. The host said it was not available due to COVID and sat us at a table next to the area I requested. It didn’t make sense. The next week RA sat people in the area I requested.
Allow staff to use common sense.

Food was not as good as usual spicy tuna roll all rice😩couldn’t even find the tuna.. service was excellent!! So maybe next time with the rolls
Seating was plenty and we were able to bring our dogs and kids and sit in the patio. The staff was excellent and turned the heat lamp on when it got cold. We had a great dinner.
It was my first venture out since the pandemic. I was pleased with the social distancing. The food was great and our server Felicia was great! Will definitely return!
It was our first time going there and It was a very great place to eat and the sushi was excellent, very juicy~ our waitress was very nice and professional and we enjoyed her company very much. 10/10 would go again.
We had a very relaxing evening as we dined in the patio. The food and drinks were amazing! The service was also very good!
Sever was amazing only thing it felt hot inside of the restaurant .And the sever should get a raise because they had her making sushi so she was busy. Maybe have a manger check on her tables because she was on it before they made her go behind the table to cook I’m a sever so we understood
But I know other table would be upset
Everything was going pretty well most of the night. Got our appetizer and placed our order but our food took more than 30min to get to us. The place wasn’t busy at all. The waitress even said “I’m not sure why your food is taking so long, but I’ll be sure it gets out quick!” I would say closer to 45-50 min after placing the order we finally got our food. It got my girlfriend and I upset because we were very hungry when we got there in the first place and then this delay on our food made it even worse. Other than that everything was fine.
We sat out in the patio area. We were separated by every other table. It all felt very natural. Other than of course, our waiter wearing a mask and gloves, but that was to be expected. The overall experience was positive.
I will be returning!!! I was very satisfied with customer service!!

Food was really good. A bit on the expensive side, but good regardless. Service was good too.
The lady making the sushi was not wearing a mask and she sneezed in the air without covering her nose. Lost our appetite and did not finish our food because you could tell that her nose was red and she was sniffling with out a mask on.
Our servers wore masks, but the sushi chef did not. There was redness under her nose and above her lip. Looked like an allergy or from a cold. It took a while to get our food. Bar service was quick.
Good overall. But on the menu that was handed to us showed 2 for 1 Viva Las Vegas Roll. We ordered 2 Viva Las Vases rolls. Then Asked about the special so we can order another roll each.... she said she will ask. She came back stating sorry that special is not going on at the moment? So why is it being advised if you can order it?!
We’re all good overall.
Oh and you have to make reservations online to dine there.
I’ve been before and have had better experiences. This one was terrible. I understand restaurants have less staff now because of COVID-19, but our waitress was inattentive and seemed overall disinterested in providing quality service. My boyfriend & I ordered a crunchy calamari roll as an appetizer, and we didn’t receive it until his food came out (approximately 10 minutes after mine I might add). He ordered a hibachi steak and shrimp entree& he wanted his steak med-rare. When his food came it was obvious that it had been sitting as both the shrimp and steak were overcooked and the food was cold. The waitress was kind enough to comp his entree but didn’t seem too apologetic about our experience. She also gave him dirty silverware and just failed to give us good service overall. I’m not sure we’ll be coming back after this.
Our server was on top of it! She help us move to a table inside due to the wind blowing and got our food right away.
Happy Hour on a Sunday? YES, Please. Great food, great service, and a nice up-class environment! Definitely coming back again, soon!
The food came out faster than ever. I thinks it’s because of the limitation. Best time I’ve had in a while. Ra was the first place I wanted to go when restaurants started opening up.
