   It was junior high graduation day. The place was very busy. We had reservations for the patio. After waiting for 15 minutes we had to ask for service. Our server was excellent and was the bartender. Food was very slow to come out. It took over an hour to get Bento box ordered. The server did say they weren’t prepared to be that busy. I found out that the manager wasn’t aware of all these graduation taking place. Also this was 12:30 on Thursday. I just think restaurants should be more aware of what’s happening in the area and schedule accordingly

   I had the short ribs....tough and way too much fat on them. The dipping sauce it came with, was too salty as well. The spicy cucumber salad could have been good as well, but again, way too salty!

    The restaurant was not adequately staffed for Mothers Day holiday. The waitress was stressed and over burdened. We sat for 15 minutes before anyone offered to take our drink order and then we were advised to put in our food order right then and there because they couldn’t promise we could get an order in a quick manner. The food came out of proper order. Main courses before appetizers and soup. My kids rice came out 15 minutes after the main courses were served. My steak was over cooked and rice was not cooked as I would have preferred. I will not be returning to this establishment.

    Our host was just a buffoon, would not accommodate us to sit inside and when outside made us sit at 2 different tables. Our party of 9 had to sir separately. We were told we couldn’t combine the tables when the parties around were doing the exact thing. Our waitress took over 20 min to take our drink order , finally after serving our food, waitress never came back to see how we’re doing or to see if we wanted refills, dessert, boxes to go. Just terrible service. I don’t want to hear about it being busy, because the tables surrounding, their waiter was constantly stopping by. We had to ask other waiters to see where our waiter was and the bill even took 15 min to get to us. Just very terrible service all the way around. We do not recommend this place to anyone.

    Pricey - normally I don’t mind the price but the food was sub standard. Over cooked veggies, below standard portioning, mediocre presentation for the prices they charge. Sushi was not well made, breaking apart. Soup should be included in the $35 to $40 meal but had to pay $6 for one.

    The restaurant was relatively empty and the music was so loud this had been a common experience at this location it causes difficulty even talking to your server let alone your party. We found ourselves having to reappear ourselves constantly. Mute food was good except the viva Las Vegas role chips that go with the role were super stale and disgusting. Also I understand it’s definitely tailored to a more autistic aged crowd but it be nice if some children menu options were available as well, not everyone’s child loves sushi and it does deter from going out to eat there

    The service was terrible. The food took forever to get out to the table. We ordered two rolls when we got sat down at six took over 30 minutes for a spicy shrimp with no cucumber and a California roll to come out 20 minutes into waiting we got our edamame and bc it’s taking forever we order two more rolls. It took an additional now it’s 6:55 and the rolls haven’t came yet took over 30 minutes for those two other rolls to come that we ended up just canceling them because our appetite went away. They were prioritizing servicing larger party tables before other customers. It was really disappointing. We came to celebrate getting married over the weekend, so it was very disappointing to watch the servers prioritize, larger tables versus us who are still paying customers.

    The waitress did not come back to ask how the food was or anything after we were served. It took her awhile to come back to refill our beverages yet she went back to the table next to us several times for their refill beverages while we were kept waiting. We still gave her a decent tip since it was Christmas but would mot want her to service us again.

    Food was pretty good. Prices were as expected. Service was awful. Took over an hour to get our food. Waitress never checked on us. Empty drinks repeatedly. Attitude problem from the moment we walked in the door, host was definitely put off by having to do his job.
