RA Sushi Bar Restaurant - Las Vegas
Good was very good. Service was spectacular. There were people having sex in the bathroom while we were there. So, I'd say not for families.
We returned from a long day at the Grand Canyon and needed a late, quick dinner. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and our server, Hayden, went above and beyond to meet our needs. He swiftly dealt with my dietary restrictions, got my husband a special drink and was so kind and pleasant. Great experience! Thanks, Hayden, for all your help!

Great place to host a large Birthday party or event. Food was great. We had 14 people in our group. Very accommodating.

The restaurant is nice and the staff is very accommodating. While the sushi is good, I would not consider it exceptional. They have some uncommon items on a sushi menu which made me wonder about their commitment to authentic sushi. The ambiance is nice and the atmosphere is friendly. We were seated at a high table near the doors. As night neared, they lowered the lights and turned them off over our table. I don’t mind creating a certain atmosphere, but when the guests can’t see their food, and request to have more light, I’m not fully sure why you would accommodate that request. Other than that it was an experience worth repeating.
Amazing food! Their prices are also incredible. We went here for my sisters bachelorette party and they did not disappoint.

We ordered takeout first and it was pretty awesome so we decided to visit the restaurant. Service was good and it’s very nice and dim inside. I’ve been to quite a few sushi restaurants and there were a few things missing from the dishes. I’m not sure if you have to ask for wasabi and ginger but it wasn’t served with any of our rolls. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.

Hostess sat us at a far table in the dining room at 7:40pm. Table 44 according to my receipt. We sat there for about ten minutes and we were never greeted by any servers although several had walked by several times. I happen to notice a cocktail server walking by at 7:50pm and waved him down. I asked if he was our server. He said no but he'll get us waters and find out who was the assigned server. When he came back with waters, he announced that he would be taking care of us. Since then, service was great!
Our drink, the Pineapple Crush Bowl was out of this world! Kai Lychee vodka with elderflower liquor and sparkling sake with muddled pineapple.
We ordered several shareables and rolls. Each item arrived fairly quickly and had robust flavors!
Our server Micheal was very attentive and checked on us periodically. He always had a smile and I saw him helping others tables as well.
The busser was helpful as well. He promptly removed empty dishes.
The manager Patrick was nice and friendly. He talked with us for a bit.

Food and service were very good and we had a great time with friends. Noise was a bit much outside/patio. We were also seated below a bird scare device that blasted hawk calls every few minutes.

We had a great time at RA sushi on the Vegas Strip! The ambience was pleasant and minimal noise level. We are familiar with the Atlanta location but was very excited to see a location in Las Vegas! We enjoy date night and had a great time while enjoying great sushi!
Third time I have been here in 6 years. It is a long way from New Zealand but a definite must visit when we come to Vegas!!
The food was the best food I’ve had yet in Las Vegas! Went during happy hour and it was a good bang for your buck. Food had good flavor deff try the fried rice and the spicy garlic edamame. The pork pot stickers were good also.
As usual, great food and service and Happy hour including some of the food items.

Great Happy Hour deals on food and drinks. Sit outside and enjoy the people watching along the Strip.

Our server was great. She was very helpful in explaining the food selection. The ambiance was very inviting and the volume of the background music was at a level that allowed us to carry on a conversation without having to raise our voices. We ate at RA in November last year and had return on our next visit.

What we asked for never came
I have been to RA before in various locations, generally a good experience.
This RA is well located and has a nice decor and ambiance.
However, I never have had such dismal quality of the fish. It was just not fresh, I could not eat the Uni , it smelled so bad. and the Hamachi was just days old. Every thing I tried was very poor quality, very unusual, perhaps I visited on the wrong day.

The food was horrible and the place was fairly empty and the service was SLOW! we sent back the Hamachi dish after the first bite. Terrible fish quality. After sharing w/the waitress, they removed the charge, but never addressed the concern. I am very disappointed with this experience.

Well it is like so many feets away from the strips and they serve sushi so for me being from where sushi used to be so much cheaper I felt like it was bit over priced but again this is at Vegas and so many feets away from the strip and is on a fashion show mall which provides free parking. I know I will go Ra Sushi again though.

Amazing wings, nice cocktails! It was quiet when we went but I could see it getting noisy when busy. Nice outdoor seating area (and the margaritas at the bar next to it aren’t half bad!).

The menu has changed so much. They have taken rolls off the menu that I loved. I also noticed there is cream cheese in every other roll. That is not sushi!!!! RA used to be one of my favorites, I won’t be going back.

This is the perfect refuge from the crazy Vegas Strip and the prices are amazing. Cozy, quiet booth, great service from Adam, exceptional food. Had tuna, avocado salad the freshest tuna I've had in many years. Sushi rolls were exceptional and and the ginger was so fresh. Best meal I had on the strip in my 4 days in Vegas, best service, relaxed seating and great atmosphere. Highly recommended!!!!
Server was impatient and slightly rude. Sushi was not good. Didn’t eat our meals. Had a strong fishy taste which made the freshness questionable. Will not eat here again.

Went to RA on a Saturday evening, great location right across from the palazzo were we stayed.The outside seating is Entertaining you get to see all the people walking by , they also have Tvs out there We got there in time for happy hour, which ends at 7. I had a Moscow mule it was good.Overall a good sushi place only bad thing was the fried rice tasted like shrimp.

The place has a smell inside that I can only describe as sour. The place needs a bit of cleaning as well. The walls have greasy finger prints. 1/2 the lights weren’t working and those red ball lights don’t provide much light to begin with. Also my husband went to the bathroom there and said it too needed cleaning. It wasn’t busy there were 2 people at the bar. We were 1 of 4 tables occupied in the whole place at around 5:00-5:30. The staff had a great time talking with each other. Maybe they could have wiped things down, cleaned then talked? But when the guy manager came in the staff seemed to get back to work.

RA is one our favorite places to go, when we’re in town. We’ve enjoyed both the regular and Happy Hour menus. We arrived early and waited at the bar until our party was ready. The service is always attentive. See you all soon!
Service was not anything special, the hostess didn't even smile. The food came out promptly, but was bland. We had a few orders from the HH menu and full dinner menu. The scallop roll was tasty, but the rest of the items we tried were just plain.
Our server Cornell made the entire experience, even the extra step to find me after we left the restaurant because I left my credit card. Thanks again to him.

The food quality was very good. However, and what I am finding with most of Vegas now, is the service is poor. We had a large party. The first round of drinks took @ 15 minutes to come out. And of course, the guy with food allergies, drink was made incorrectly. So, we asked to remake the drink, not just try to "adlib" the drink. What does the waiter and bartender do, not listen, and just try to serve the same drink in a different glass. Really bad.
We were seated outside, fine, but it was a bit chilly out. We asked the waiter EIGHT TIMES, to turned on the overhead heater. EIGHT TIMES. (It was a joke at the table how many times we would need to ask before he actually did it). Funny part, we were so tired of waiting for the waiter, we asked someone else and they turned it on right away.
Besides the bad service, food was very good. But too many other good restaurants in Vegas to put up with this level of service
