Had a lovely visit, for my birthday. Food and drink was lovey - thanks x
Was a lovely evening although the waiter didn’t know any of the cocktails I was asking for which wasn’t great and he didn’t even offer to go find out for me.
Incredible service! And the food was great, We had the best time and really understanding as we were 45 minutes late
Food was great and service was friendly. The only thing that ruined it was the seating. We were placed right by those plastic windows, covering the outside rooftop. The weather was awful causing them to break and blow in gusts of winds. It was quite cold and the wind was very noisy. It took a while to be seated somewhere else. First time here, I was expecting a nice view. It was ruined with those plastic coverings, can’t see a thing.
Great fun. One of the places to be in London. A MUST
Food was very good. Good and friendly service. Not too expensive for this dining experience.
Fantastic views. We really enjoyed eating at Radio Rooftop
Will be returning
Much needed evening out during this time.
Staff were very professional and adhered to the Covid guidelines so felt safe.
The atmosphere was great!
The place looks stunning as you walk in and the hostess at the door was lovely. It all changed when we sat down; the waitress was short tempered and had an aggressive tone towards me and my partner. This was meant to be our farewell dinner to London, we ordered drinks as we getting ready to decide on what to eat. They bought drink almost few minutes after. Unfortunately my partner spilled some tea and no one was there to help we were left to clean the table if we were going to continue seating there. We then had to wait a further 35 min to get any attention from any of the patrons. The pace was not busy at all so do not understand why the service was this horrendous. We paid for our drinks and left. Would have not waisted our time with this otherwise pretentious place. The place is overpriced, what for I am not sure. The patrons have no to little attention to details or their guests!! Never setting foot again at this place
This place used to be very stylish/with great service - it's now nothing but a very expensive, very naff below average hotel bar. Service was uninterested/inattentive despite the place only being about 10% full. Avoid! This train has left the station.
Not helpful or friendly staff and would not rush back
Loved it! Didn’t plan on eating but the food was lush. The champagne my partner and I ordered was delicious. The highlight of the night was the yummy churros! Stunning views of London as per usual and service was amazing, I just wish I took our wonderful waiters name!
Staff downstairs were quite rude in my opinion.
Chips were very undercooked.
Drink was not fizzy at all.
The place and service is outstanding. The only thing annoying is that people is constantly going to take selfies to the terrace
the pandemic rules slightly ruined the atmosphere of the night, aside from that it's a great spot
Booked us in at last minute they were really helpful and great service
We were rushed from our table just when we started to enjoy ourselves and they even refused to let us buy another bottle of champagne when the restaurant did not close for another 2.5 hours.
I don’t know why I keep coming here. The front of house are staff are just off the charts rude and unhelpful. Not enough wait staff as out poor waitress was rushed off her feet. The man at the front desk shouldn’t be allowed to work in a customer facing role. I used to come here with work all the time and it’s always been bad. Must get by on tourists who don’t return and want to enjoy the excellent views
Great views over London and the perfect place to catch up with friends
Very disappointed with views, first drinks arrived at same time as main course, food was lovely though.
I can’t recommend radio rooftop enough! This is the second time I have been to this bar and the ambience and service blew me away. The staff were extremely attentive and the drinks were amazing. I booked this bar as it was for a special occasion as I was going to propose to my girlfriend and the staff were very hands on and made our time there so so special. I can’t thank the staff enough and the views topped off our whole experience! I can’t wait to visit again! Michael and Liliana especially provided an excellent service.
From photos of radio rooftop prior to going we expected a fantastic view etc, we did not have this. It would have been nice to know there was a plastic sheet over us prior to booking, as this ruined the view completely. The waiters were not welcoming, and the drinks were not nice. Wouldn’t recommend. We were really looking forward to this night, and wasn’t what we were expecting.
Really bad customer service, would not recommend to others
We were greeted at the lift by what I can only describe as quite an abrupt, rude gentlemen who told us that as we were early for our table, we needed to wait in the corridor. I would have expected that kind of treatment for if we were late for our booking, not by the fact we were 10 minutes early. Another memeber of staff then came down to help another group of girls who were late, and she suggested we go straight up as they could seat us. When we got up to the bar I was then very suprised that there were a great deal of empty tables. The venue itself was great and the staff inside were very friendly and attentive, but it's massively let down by the rude staff that let you in at the lift, that create the initial impression
We had a great time. Had been allocated low tables and sofa seating near the ladies toilets which wasn’t idea for a sit down meal. On speaking with the manager was given a proper table after a bit of reorganising but shorten our dining time. Food was excellent!
Me and my 3 friends Arrived at the radio roof top from a lovely lunch downstairs to our table which was only for one hour to then sit and wait half an hour to be served for a drink (pornstar martini £21) waitress wasn’t friendly but the lady that brought the bill was, wouldn’t come back
No ambience whatsoever - struggling with Covid. Unnecessary closure of outdoor terrace. Average service and overpriced drinks.
We came for a birthday breakfast
On a cold and blustery day, the views of London are behind some plastic sheeting window, but the cold air get through and it’s quite cold- wrap up warm.
But there are heaters there, so If you are just a table of 2 that’s fine but bigger tables had no heaters.
Standard London prices, full English eg was £22 pot of tea £5
Staff were polite and attentive.
My scrambled egg was very rubbery (like they was done in a microwave) but some people like it like that I guess.
My daughter told me her pancakes were the best she’s ever had .
A very loud lady on her phone face timing during breakfast was very annoying - everyone was looking at her as if to say where on earth are your manors and volume control.. it would of been nice if the staff could of politely told her to tone it down.
Would we go again, possibly yes, but not for breakfast - as the venue looks beautiful.
Birthday treat x
Beautiful decor, great food, service and atmosphere. Will definitely return
Excellent afternoon, enjoyed by all of us, would highly recommend.
Lovely staff apart from slim woman at the front desk who was extremely rude and stuck up. Lovely atmosphere and views. £18 cocktails but tastes like Ribena and sparkling water with ice. Food was fresh and tasty. My mum was pleased with her birthday meal. Thank you xx
Can barely understand staff as they mumble
When they turned the music on half way through lunch it was a bit noisy. Also we had to ask to turn the heaters down as they were high-level heaters that sort of cooked you. It was not too busy on Wed lunchtime, and there was a tent structure on the balcony, so it wasn't outdoor, because of poor recent weather, I guess. Overall good. Have to wear a mask when not at your table. Had trouble finding the door to get in as the pone opposite the Novello theatre didn't seem to work. I went through the main hotel entrance in the end.
What an amazing place, wonderful views, also a really great hotel.
Bit of a disappointment - one of the waitresses was very attentive yet the other one was not - waited along time to order food - not a relaxing environment - restricting access to outside although I then found out it was possible - just didn't feel special and we were there to enjoy the experience so a bit of a let down. Won't go back again
Had a lovely time at radio rooftop for my friends birthday! It was a lovely touch when they brought us some churros as a surprise birthday treat!
Great ambiance, I would love to come at the weekend but when booking for a group the £50 minimum spend can be difficult.
Quickly shown to our booked table, however service from this point on was poor. Waiting far too long to be served, then waited ages for 2 negronis. Other guests were either snotty and/or blatantly taking drugs. The view through the plastic sheet didn’t even save it. Added a service charge we asked to
remove as we didn’t get our drinks for such a long time
We were made to feel like we weren’t important and staff were very very snooty with us because we weren’t guests at the hotel. The drinks were a ridiculous price and not even very big. There were three tables of people all mingling and talking to each other when people shouldn’t be mixing with other groups of people! They moved about without masks on yet we were reminded of wearing masks as we left without even being given a chance to put them on! It was very clear that we were being treated differently to other people in the bar which I personally found disgusting. I will never return and will not recommend it to anyone else either.
We booked radio one for a drink before our night out in London started, greeted by a women, to which we asked if we could sit outside due to it being nice weather and she denied us then when another set of girls came in and requested outside they were aloud. Service was poor and we saw waiters arguing and getting told off. Wasn’t pleasant for a £90 bill with a service charge.
Lovely bar for drinks and snacks. The ambience is nice. The only thing we found is that staff were judgmental about asking for Prosecco. Neither myself or my partner enjoy the taste of champagne but when we asked about Prosecco we felt as though staff were making judgement. We did buy a bottle of champagne which we did not enjoy. The next evening a couple next to us had the exact same issue.
