Told us it was strictly over 21s so wouldn't allow us to bring our child yet siting next to us was a family with 4 young kids when questioned this was told there in-house guest can't be a diffrent rule fir diffrent people felt a bit discriminated against
Food was good - but 19 quid for roasted aubergine is overpriced. The view was amazing and the ambience was very nice. There weren’t many people when we arrived, yet it still took 20 minutes for them to take our drink orders and another 15 to get them. It would be nice to at least be given water as soon as we sit. Likewise, we had to flag them down to order our food after an hour. If you’re going here, it’s nice and enjoyable, however be prepared to sit for a total of 3 hours like we did.
Service was terrible, we even asked for the service to be taken off the bill. Overpriced as well
Celebrating our 2 year anniversary with my wife, and we get shoved out back in the cold which felt very secluded and not cared about. We had to wear full coats as we were in the corner and yes it was windy but the heaters was not working for us so made our food go cold! Staff were decent but had to continually get their attention.
extremely poor service. Waited far too long to be served and drinks took far too long to come for the price.
Booked for my husbands birthday. Greeted politely and although early were seated quickly. Drinks ordered but unfortunately we waited 30 minutes to be told could not deliver 2 Bloody Mary cocktails as they didnt have the ingredients! I spoke with a maitre’d who said he would personally deal with it only to arrive 10 mins later saying no tomato juice! We’d already ordered our starter and one other drink when we decided if a top restaurant/hotel/bar could not deliver on the simplest of cocktails they did not deserve anymore of our custom. I asked for the bill which I paid only to discover they had charged us for the 2 undelivered cocktails!! I had to then wait for a refund to be authorised. What a pallava! My husbands birthday meal ruined. Avoid at all costs all the prestige and unable to deliver even the simplest of beverages. Gravely disappointed and evening ruined. Customer service has a lot to be desired. Avoid
Great vibe and atmosphere to end the eve
Location was excellent but the overall service and value didn’t meet our expectations of the venue , there was different music playing from inside and outside so almost competing for sound in your ears , would go back again in the summer and we hope the service and food have improved and lives up to our expectations of the venues very disappointed on my birthday 😞
Loved the ambiance, the service and the drinks. Will definitely be back!
Very hospitable staff..
unique decor and a great friendly atmosphere..
Arrived on time and seated to a dirty table. Waiter said he’d come and clean it but didn’t. Waited over 20 minutes on a menu for customers who came in after us to be seated and served before us. One half of my waffle had green bits in it. Only good thing is the views
We had a wonderful Graduation celebration. Staff were lovely and very attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed it x
We all had a fabulous time, the food was amazing, our waiter was helpful and friendly but not too intrusive. After the meal we went outside to see the views which were spectacular. It was my friends first time there and they all said they would return. Thank you!
Lovely views and food, but please note the outdoor terrace is not outdoors during winter - it’s fully enclosed in a tent and very warm
Loud music part from it love everything even they service
Very disappointed, we had booked a table for 9pm but were told it was given to someone else. When I asked for an explanation I was told with a ‘tone’ that’s how it works. We were made to wait for half an hour. Once seated we were offered drinks and over the next two hours we were not checked on at all for reminder of our evening. One drink each for two hours, a very disappointing evening with very poor customer service from every member of the team. My friends and I will not be recommending Radio Rooftop.
We was placed on the outside with coverings over the area there was no atmosphere it was very cold did have small heaters but was very windy and cold
It was very cold, even inside. Most radiators outside were broken and the doors were open. I had to wear a coat inside. They do not have little blankets.
- food came wrong
- Were waiting 30 mins to even get a drink
- Given a bottle of water and tried to make us pay when we asked for tap water and all the tables around us had tap water
- Made us leave 20 mins early
- Over charged us for the salad
- Asked for water initially 3 times before we got any
- The last time I came they were rude as well
- Wouldn’t allow us to change time by 20 mins as running late as were “full” but plenty of tables around us all evening
So disappointed. Been here a few times and always loved it. Service was poor. We were there for a celebration and were told that of the 10+ bottles of champagne on the menu, only 1 was available. Good v average. Won’t be going back.
Very poor service, food was average. Lovely setting/atmosphere. Overpriced
Nice place for a brunch with a nice view and nice food.
We had to wait an hour for our drinks, in the end we left because couldn’t wait any longer. We sat on the outdoor seating under the cover and the atmosphere was no where near as good as inside.
Breakfast in the morning was nice but my eggs were cold and the rest of my meal luke warm.
Unfortunately would not recommend which is a shame
The views was amazing but the overall price for what you get is a joke. £21 for a cocktail is way over priced. I got more for my money when I had dinner and drinks at the shard.
The waiters where very friendly but sometimes they where to slow.
The food was very tasty but there was nothing to shout about. Very limited on what you can have.
Overall I would give 3/5.
Nice time but wouldn’t go again.
The service was incredibly slow... Until it came to payment and they couldn't be fast enough!
Waited 30 minutes just for drinks, after chasing numerous times. Even for water!
On booking, asked for a view and wasn't given it.
For what you paid, food was average.
Chicken had lots of gristle and fat.
Great service, atmosphere and views.
Food was okay, wouldn’t probably eat there again However, we would defiantly go again but for drinks.
They knew it was one of our bdays and they brought a cake. It was unexpected but thoughtful.
Half an hour into being sat down at our table we still hadn’t been served or approached by a waiter
We went to radio rooftop for a work do and to say I was disappointed is the least. While the view and decor was fab, it was the (at least) half an hour wait for each gin and tonic I ordered and the less than satisfactory food not nearly worth its price. Even my colleagues who had the steak said it wasn’t great.
On the whole - don’t go here. Food is expensive and awful and the service is worse.
Nice location, albeit a bit chilly despite the heaters, as the covering flaps open a bit and lets in cold air. The service was not great. It took nearly 20 minutes before we got to order our drinks. There isn't really a view to speak of, but looks pretty with Christmas lights. I think they miss a trick not selling Prosecco, as only sparkling wine option is Champagne at £16 a glass. So makes the evening pretty expensive.
Amazing venue with great food, service and views
Perfect early evening.
Absolutely horrific service from start to finish we didn’t actually even get to eat food because no one came to take her food order the waitress was the most rudest person I’ve ever come across in my life and it was so bad the waiter actually gave us a free drink and then we had to get up and leave sorry embarrassing would not return would not recommend
The service were very poor, not seen many staffs but the one who is working were missed up with our order!! Our friend only got her main dish after we all finished ours. The food quality were not valued for the money we paid, there are many restaurants out there who do a better food with a better service. Definitely not recommend this one. Will not come back as well.
Couldn’t fault the meal or the service only thing I would say is where we were sitting was very draughty due to the plastic sheeting used as windows a lot of gaps in it
