Jade was wonderful and sweet to our teenage son and we loved our waitress!

Food was good like always , unfortunately no1 ever asked how our meals where. Celebrating a birthday didn’t know who’s just placed a dessert in the middle of us and then lite the candle at the table ,no surprise, no really nothing really. Asked for the lights to be dimmed a little, never happened. Overall was just an alright experience. Asked for our entrees to be spaced a little prior to app, wanted to just enjoy ourselves, the app finishes and 30 seconds later sure enough our entrees arrive. Took an additional 10 mins to receive our bottle of wine to enjoy with our meal. Special occasion means just that, server was very nice but other then that was just okay. Not once did a manager even address us to ensure everything was going well.

All food ordered was very tasty — will definately come again :-)

Had a party of 6 for a late Christmas celebration and were seated in a cute room viewing the tracks. Service and food were fantastic. Cocktails were delicious. Would definitely go again.

Everything we ordered was outstanding. I especially love the bacon appetizer. Excellent service as well. The restaurant itself is beautiful as well. I have nothing to complain about and look forward to my next visit here.

The food was absolutely incredible!! The service was impeccable. The only complaint was that they sat us in a back corner. I made reservations a week in advance, but other than that, a perfect night out. Definitely recommend!

Great service and food!!

Having made the reservation 3 weeks beforehand (arrived on time) and specifically requested a table in the main dining area on the kitchen side indoors, my party was attempted to be seated in an alcove in a separate part of the building that did not even look like it was part of the same restaurant. This was totally unacceptable and thusly i requested (as stated above) to be seated where i originally requested. We were made to wait an additional 30 minutes to be seated and then had no choice but to accept a booth (not preferred) at the end of an alcove which was not lit well off the main dining area (where i had originally made the reservation request) across from the kitchen. Initially, the waiter was very attentive but during the course of the meal seamed to disappear for long stretches of time whereby we had to order drinks (refills) from the server. Then, at the end of the meal the waiter tells us we cannot have dessert unless it is "to go" because we had to be out by 10 which we knew about originally but the waiter should have done his job and mentioned that ahead of time whereby we would have ordered same ahead of time so that we could have enjoyed the dessert before having to leave. Thusly, we did not have dessert at all. We had no wish to take it to go. Although the quantity of food was adequate, the kona coffee ribeye showed an EXCESSIVE amount of fat - way over and above what one could even anticipate with a ribeye. The Kale salad was dry although it did have numerous ingredients that were splendid. The brussel sprouts were undercooked. The slab of ribs were excellent tasting and were plentiful but came presented on a plate that was too small so the ribs at both ends were draping over both sides of the plate which looked ominous to say the least. Prices seemed reasonable and it seemed that others at nearby tables were enjoying themselves and although our experience was not good, i would think to give it another try.

The food was amazing and so was the surrounding energy when Jade came! The waiters and lady working were not the nicest. She gave me attitude and the waiter seemed to go along with it. After Jade came, things were much better. Over all, great dinner but would much rather eat upstairs than the speakeasy.

The atmosphere was gorgeous and the service on point. My husband has had better steak even tho it was seasoned well. And my salmon with lentils was just ok. Everything else we order sides/apps/ salad were fantastic!

Im in love with Rails! My first time there and it didnt dissapoint. I knew it would be more pricey than im used to so I save it as a special place to tske my hubs for his bday. Steak was delish and cooked perfectly (medium). No clue how they managed to get bacon into every bite of my double baked potato... well played. Will definitely be back!!

Our server was very nice and knowledgeable. She knew her steaks and guided us in the right direction.

The food here is absolutely delicious but the service was... Questionable. Our server was inattentive and had to be flagged down twice. After our orders arrived he never returned to ask if we were satisfied. Understandable if the restaurant had been busy but it was a pretty slow night for them. We all found this strange after observing that he was attending to other guests normally. After finishing our meals we went down to the speakeasy with set reservations for cocktails. We weren't initially greeted by a host but was eventually ushered to our table by one of the servers. While preparing to sit the bartender yells over to us that he recommends we don't order food because they were closing in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Which we also found odd given that an hour and 45 minutes is plenty of time to eat a meal. We weren't too bothered by his comment since our intention was to grab cocktails and dessert. Overall the experience was decent. Some of the staff could definitely use more training.

Felt safe going there during Covid to get amazing food and service. Only suggestion would be on the outside chairs to have some type of cushion. We were not cold NY Eve with the heaters they had but with it being cold outside and the chairs being metal it did make for a cool seat. :)

Went there for New Years Eve dinner with family and friendly, we went seated on time and server was attentive. Food was spectacular and everything was perfect. We had to leave by 10 due to governors shut out order but we will definitely return!

We had dinner downstairs in Thirty 3 for New Years Eve. It was great, the food was delicious as always and the drinks were amazing. This is one of our favorite places, especially the downstairs speakeasy.

I really wanted to love this place. New Years Eve was my first time there and while my food was so salty that it burned my tongue that was not the problem with the visit. There was a manager, middle aged woman, short bob haircut in the speakeasy that made my table and others around us very uncomfortable. Came into the area where the booths were every 2-3 minutes and scanned the room, looking straight into our eyes. Every 2 minutes. When my steak was dropped at the table, I went to take a picture of it as I have a food instagram. Within SECONDS of the food being on the table, she yelled at me in this nasty tone, asking if everything was ok with the food because I hadn't touched it...I'm sorry it just got here. It wasn't on the table 15 seconds. Then she yelled at a food runner about where he placed the tray table to serve the food off of it. My table and TWO OTHER tables were now looking around at EACHOTHER because of how uncomfortable she was making us. Very mean to staff, I got yelled at for taking a picture of the food that I was purchasing instead of just eating it right away. It was like she was looking for a problem so she could jump on the staff. IDK, I'm a foodie, and have a food instagram. Dining out in fine establishments is what I do. And I wanted to love this place. I'm sure we'll come back, since my boyfriend typically enjoys this place but for a first impression, it honestly was a little bit rough.

New Years Eve dinner

Food is great and good ambiance. Staff was very friendly and professional. We received gift card for Christmas so we decided to go for NYE and happy we did. We would definitely go again.

Outdoor seating was excellent...it was a cold night and we were very warm...my husband was too warm! Place is pricey, but good. Only thing was on the second floor outdoor seating area, the door kept slamming as the servers brought food in and out. Food was excellent. Sara was very professional and perfect.
