The live jazz duo (acoustic electric guitar and upright bass) was great and added to the ambiance. The service and staff were outstanding and very accommodating. And, of course, the food was wonderful.

What a wonderful evening we had at La Truffière on April 9th! Honestly, my husband and I left absolutely enchanted. First, the setting: this historic Parisian gastronomic gem has so much charm, a quiet elegance, and a unique character that really sets it apart from your typical fine dining spots. You feel right at home the moment you walk in. Now, the food — Chef Ambroise truly blew us away. The dishes are refined, generous, and the truffle is handled with real expertise. You can actually taste the product; nothing is hidden or overdone. Every course was a little moment of pure pleasure. And then there's Martin, the maître d', who really deserves a special mention. His wine pairings were spot-on, surprising at times, and he takes the time to explain everything without ever being pretentious. The wine list is gorgeous, with beautiful bottles for every budget (yes, really!). But what truly makes this place special is the team. You can feel that these are passionate, warm people who love what they do and genuinely care about giving you a memorable experience. In short, this is the kind of Parisian address you dream of: real chef-driven cuisine, stunning wines, and above all, lovely people. Perfect for a special occasion — or just to treat yourself.
