Pleasant environment, lively atmosphere and nice food

Normally go to Frenches and sit on the key, however, this a different experience. We are local and will definitely be a regular now. Lovely fresh fish and chips.

We went for a celebratory meal and were not disappointed! The seafood platter was outstanding and the crisp white wine we had with it was delicious. A generous portion - we didn’t really need the (yummy) skin on fries we had alongside. The service was great - polite and friendly and attentive, but not overly so, and we were lucky to get a shaded table on the terrace (on a very hot day) with a fabulous view - the air con inside was tempting though!! It’s not a cheap place, but you get what you pay for - and for that kind of meal with excellent local fresh ingredients, it was by no means extortionate either - and there was a lot of choice of meals that would have been kinder on the wallet. We will definitely go again next time we’re in north Norfolk.

I loved this place. Lovely service. Delicious food. My partner has the roast pork which he gave full marks to. I had the sea bass which was also delicious. Great ambiance as well.

Excellent food, service, and value for money. We've been infrequent but regular customers and always have a good experience
