The Factory Kitchen - Las Vegas
Great service. We got the four-course special combo and the food was all pretty nice.
I frequent the Factory Kitchen in DTLA and wanted to try the on in Vegas.... the Mandili was just as good ... the service excellent... felt like I was at home!
My date loved it just as much as I or even more!
The food was outstanding! We started with the prosciutto di parma, highly recommend if you like burrata as well. For entrees we had 2 orders of casonzei, papardelle & a special of the day gnocchi. All of the pasta is handmade and they use quality ingredients. We cleaned our plates. I would go back anytime!
This place was a great date night selection for my fiancee and me. The service was outstanding and very attentive. The server asked if we had any food allergies and based her recommendations on that. She was very knowledgeable about the food being served and gave good recommendations. The food was beyond our expectations.
This is some of the best food we've had. Not Italian comfort food at all. We started with the summer salad which was melon, Bing cherries, tomatoes and cucumbers. This was a perfect starter-very well designed.
We then shared the mandilli which was perfectly prepared pasta and was memorable. We also shared the canozei, the pork based ravioli. This was very good but a bit rich, weakest dish of this great meal. The entree was the special duck breast-very solid. We finished with the brilliant cherry crostada.
We stay at this resort 5-6 times a year. This restaurant will be one of our Staples from now on.
This was one of the best meals we had in Vegas, food and service were fantastic, I can’t wait to go back just to eat there.
Awesome food , pasta unbelievable
A must when in Vegas
Very cool atmosphere
Good but to much salt
Great appetizers- poor pasta dishes
Great food. Great service. Knowledgeable and attentive wait staff. We loved both our meals. We will definitely return.
Food was excellent. Gregory took great care of us. Being locals we love trying new restaurants on the strip. We will return.
Always great dining here, service is a little slow but the food is the star of the restaurant.
This was an amazing experience. The food was very different than what we expected. Taste and flavor were amazing. Service we excellent. Highly recommend.
We had the Restaurant Week menu which was a GREAT value - 4 courses for $50. The pasta dishes were the highlight. Unfortunately, the turbot and the pork belly were a disappointment. However, overall, it was an excellent dining experience and I would highly recommend.
The meals were delicious. Our waiter took a really long time to come to our table to take even the drink order. He was very pleasant, continued to fill our water glasses, but took a really long time initially to take any order. The food tasted very good, but was rather pricy for what we got. The desserts were tasty and adequate. Overall we enjoyed the food and restaurant. Our waiter was very friendly.
Great for a group. Excellent food without being too fussy. Came during restaurant week and had excellent prix fixe options. Everything we ate was delicious and the servers were attentive without being intrusive. Would gladly return.
Outstanding, inspired food at more than reasonable prices. If you don't eat here at least once while in Vegas, you're missing out.
Amazing! The service was top notch!!! The food is amazing. A great experience for us!! A strong recommend!! The only glitch is the atmosphere. Turn up the lights, change out some amenities and you would have a cafeteria. Rather lame but the food and service easily overcame the lack of ambience. Overall, loved it!
We all had the shrimp in Saffron sauce and loved it. Not big portions so we ordered a traditional flatbread to start and it was delicious.
Good italian food but i have had better locally here in las vegas
Food was delicious, service was a little slow.
When we visit Las Vegas, our activities center around meals at some of the finest eateries available. We had already enjoyed numerous meals at such establishments over several days when we decided to try Factory Kitchen at the Venetian, a relatively new restaurant to Las Vegas that came highly recommended. I can report that this was the among the best we’ve experienced here. The handkerchief pasta in almond pesto sauce was spectacular! Definitely not to be missed! As was the Foccacino (thin, crispy, flaky, warm focaccia flat bread filled with melted cheese). The seafood ravioli was mouth watering, and the ricotta pancakes (it was “brunch,” after all) were another unusual treat that was beyond wonderful. Seriously, this is one of this city’s special gifts!
In recent years, Venetian/Palazzo has done a great job bringing in good restaurants into their two hotels. The Factory Kitchen is one of their newer ones and it lives up to what some say is one of the best Italian restaurants in Vegas.
I like the understated ambiance of the restaurant; a place you can have a good meal and a comfortable conversation with your group. The food is of high quality and came through in the salad, the cheese and the meat. We had the creamy mozzarella, (must have) mandilli, pork belly and panna cotta. Every dish exceeded my expectation especially the pasta dish. The price is slightly on the high side especially the wines but it's to be expected for any hotel restaurant but you walk away feeling you get your money's worth. I would recommend this to anyone who likes good Italian food.
Great service, amazing food!
We went for restaurant week and had the prefix menu. We had mandilli di seta which is a homemade egg pasta with the most delicious pesto sauce that I ever tasted! We had paccheri which is a spicy pork ragu over homemade pasta, polpettone which is a turkey meatloaf, and porchetta which is pork belly. They were all delicious and we received a nice size portion of each. For dessert we had panna cotta, and the most incredible cannoli we ever ate! We paid $30 for this menu and we cannot wait to go back!!!
Convention in town; good food, service, ambiance, and restaurant week.
Another unsung gem at the Venetian. The simple Italian fare is beautifully prepared. Honest food in the true Italian manner.
I sat by the front. The bright lights by the entrance were overbearing. We ordered a bottle of red Sangiovese (very good). We ordered crisp squash bottoms app that was good. No bread for the table. The homemade mandilli was pasta with PESTO lots of it. DRENCHED in green. There was nothing else on the plate. It had very little taste and the presentation was terrible. Just ugly green pasta. Mediocre. Scallops were fair. They brought a nice complimentary dessert for my mother's birthday which was nice. We were disappointed with the food but service was very good.
The food was absolutely delicious. The mandilli pasta is unbelievable. The staff was delightful and attentive and made us feel very special. We loved it so much we went again the next day for brunch.
Perfectly prepared homemade pasta, every bit as good as the original location. Highly recommend the handkerchief pasta, but everything was exceptional. The service was attentive, friendly, and efficient, and our waiter gave excellent suggestions.
Excellent food and service.
Excellent Meal in a city where the food is generally overpriced.
Fresh pasta, flavorful dishes both simple and complex, good wine list and excellent service. All at what I feel was an extraordinary value. Highly recommended.
Ah-mazing! Everything we had to eat was so delicious and fresh! The staff was great and very informative. I’d highly recommend this restaurant to anyone, large groups to date nights!
Food was good but was was a little noisy.
We had a wonderful dinner at The Factory Kitchen. Our server was very attentive and helped guide us to choose delicious dishes. The restaurant has a great location that is tucked away from the casinos, keeping the noise level to a minimum. We loved all of the food we ordered and the prosciutto appetizer was amazing! We would definitely recommend eating here if you are in Las Vegas!
From the minute we entered the restaurant to the moment we left, this was a great experience. Wonderful attentive service, fabulous cocktails, the food was fresh, tasty, and unique, yet homey and satisfying. Small plates with big flavors.
High quality food and service at a reasonable price! It was so good we ordered a fourth entree to share between two people before having dessert!!
Food and service were fantastic.
