    Overall a great experience. Our reservation was delayed by about 20 min due to a party ahead of us but Komo was more than accommodating giving us a comped drink and appetizer. Very high class and great business ethics. Would def go here again

    Amazing service. It was the first time attending and we were celebrating my brothers birthday- the staff was phenomenal. Miranda is phenomenal! She was so fantastic walking us through the menu. Highly recommend and will certainly come back

    Great ambience, cozy feel. Food was delicious. Tried a few dishes, loved ceviche, miso cod and wagyu wrap. Portions are small, but it was enough to enjoy different flavors. Restaurant has nice list of wines and whiskies as well. Nice spot overall.

    The best way to describe Komo is fine dining without the arrogance. Hands down the best hospitality and customer service of any restaurant in the city, and the food/cocktails are just as exceptional!

    Very very overpriced for food you can get anywhere for less value. I don’t recommend coming here if you’re hungry. Great place for small apps but the amount of food served isn’t even enough for one person. Disappointed.

    Each of us in our party of 5 had a great dining experience at Komo. There was a complimentary shot of sake as we checked in, and it was still happy hour when we arrived, so our cocktails were at half-off price (Lychee martini was refreshing). This was a special occasion, and since we enjoy Japanese and Asian fusion entrees, everyone had the chef's tasting menu. Willie, our friendly and enthusiastic server, did a great job conveying the highlights of every offering on the tasting menu - running efficiently through the ingredients and the chef's recommendations on how to enjoy each course served. The sweet potato-lobster bisque that had a little heat, was a great start, and every course that followed was delicious. Interestingly, each one had a different favorite course (chef's silky and creamy egg custard with uni was my favorite). The foie gras was a clever combination of ingredients (had mochi ice cream in it) and was quite indulgent. Everyone had fun grilling their A5 wagyu on hot rocks. I could have probably eaten more of that wagyu, but it was probably good that there wasn't more, because the next course had an ample amount of crispy octopus and the most tender duck medallions. The final course was an omakase sushi; this was good, though one of us thought their ika piece tasted slightly bitter from charring, and another wished a fatty tuna instead of a lean tuna had been served. Great finish with green tea creme brulee with good hot green tea. Overall, this was a great and fun way to celebrate a birthday. My only criticism is that it would have been nice to have that birthday acknowledged at the table since I had included that piece of information on the reservation, but it must have been missed. Not a big deal; our birthday celebrant seemed relieved that this was missed.
