We only accept your booking when you have received SMS or E-mail from OpenTable. So if you cannot receive SMS or E-mail from OpenTable, please confirm your email address whether fill in the email correctly.

[Rules of the store]
* Smoking is not permitted in the restaurant.

* Children under 13 years old are not allowed to visit the restaurant.

* Reservations will be confirmed by a short message sent from inline 3 days prior to the reservation or a link in the e-mail. Please make sure to confirm your reservation. (Please note that we may cancel your reservation if you do not confirm your reservation.)

* If you do not receive a short message or email after making a reservation, it is possible that your phone number or email address is incorrect.

* If you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation, we will charge you a cancellation fee of 100% of the 17,000 yen price of the meal.

* Our seating time is 2 hours.

* Omakase sushi will start at the same time. If you arrive late, other customers will have to wait for you. Please be on time. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late without informing us, we may not allow you to enter the restaurant. In that case, we will charge the full cancellation fee as a no-show.

* Due to the small size of the store, we ask that you refrain from wearing perfume in the store. Please refrain from bringing your baggage with you.

* We ask for your cooperation in setting the airplane mode and silent mode in our store.

* We ask for your understanding and cooperation in taking pictures in the restaurant.

Owner trained in Tokyo and then went to the US for training alone. Owner has experience in over 20 years working in NY and California.

    Our experience at Sushi Shin was extraordinary and wonderful. The Chef was knowledgeable, experienced, creative and warm and friendly. The sushi was special, delicious and unusual. It was definitely a new taste adventure for us. The Chef spoke excellent English which helped us since two of us spoke very little Japanese. We would highly recommend Sushi Shin to anyone and everyone.

    Incredible 18 course Omakase experience in a very charming neighborhood location. The high quality sushi was impeccably crafted and deliciously delivered to each plate by Chef Shin. It was such a delightful experience for 6 unfamiliar guests with wonderful conversations. This was exactly the Tokyo Omakase experience that I wished for and was honored to receive.

    Amazing omakase experience. Chef Nakamura is very informative and can reciprocate his guests' energy very well with a great sense of humor. High quality food and sake paired with a fun atmosphere - this place is absolutely worth a visit while in Tokyo.

    It was a fantastic dinning experience at this Michelin Star restaurant. Every dish we had was on point. Sushi rice is not hard nor mushy but cooked perfectly. The chef seasons the rice with black vinegar which gives a very special taste to the sushi; surprisingly goes very well with each piece of fish and not overwriting the sashimi itself. We had 16 pieces of sushi and each of them is unique and nothing taste repeated. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

    Un posto semplicemente paradisiaco, un menù spaziale da 17 portate, una più buona dell' altra, un atmosfera intima e lussuosa che ti culla per l intero servizio dello chef, un maestro, che si mette a tua disposizione per due ore. Il pesce era freschissimo e si scioglieva in bocca, la musica lounge rilassante e accogliente e gli odori e sapori non descrivibili a parole, da provare assolutamente. Per il rapporto qualità prezzo sicuramente inarrivabile, lo consiglierò a chiunque!

    Don’t normally write reviews for places but the omakase at sushi shin was incredible. Sushi master was kind, conversational and curated the most amazing menu. The setting was very intimate and you watch your sushi be prepared 1ft from you. A great variety of high end fish selected. I wish the dinner was longer
