BnB Toronto - Bistro and Bar- Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel
Breakfast buffet was not worth the 28.
Cheese was sweaty and fruit was not fresh.,
The food was the worst part. I had mediocre salmon with soggy tasteless noodles. My colleague left a significant part of his thai dish and commented by email unsolicited about the poor food and service. We declined dessert and coffee but had a nice conversation as the ambience was a quiet table as requested.
After we got seated it took 30 mins for a waitress to come to us even when we asked one. Her excuse was I am not on this side. Our food literally came after 50 mins
This is a convenient restaurant inside the hotel. The food is good, but the menu is very limited. The service is excellent.
Service was slow, we had a 12 noon reservation for lunch and we did not get out until 2PM and that was pushing the server to get us the bill.
Also it appears the restaurant did not log us in when we arrived even though I gave them my name and consequently Open Table thought we had not honored our reservation.
Would only recommend it for convenience to the hotel.
We went for the Christmas buffet and enjoyed it hugely. Very relaxed ambiance, great food for the price, and the service was very attentuvw and friendly. Will definitely come back next year.
We enjoyed our Christmas buffet Dinner. Didn't know what to expect for dinner so we were very happy with the selection. We would do this again. Thanks!
I stumbled upon BnB Bistro while searching for an accessible (and open!) restaurant, to take my 94 year old mother to on Christmas Day for brunch. I am so glad we went to The Sheraton, and ate here. The food was incredible, not only the regular brunch items (all fresh and tasty), but Atlantic Salmon with mango sauce, Prime Rib, Turkey....it was exquisite. My entire family enjoyed every morsel. And the price was not outrageous, given the holiday season! Staff could not do more to accommodate us (Mum with a walker etc). They were so cordial and friendly and warm, thank you so much for making our Christmas celebration such a good one. I will be back!
Very nice Christmas brunch. Will priced and great food.
Great food! Excellent service! We enjoyed it so much that we came back two days later with a larger group. We were a group of 7 looking for a restaurant that had to accommodate a vegetarian, someone requiring a gluten-free meal, and a picky eater! We managed to satisfy the whole group! Would definitely recommend BnB!!
We had diinner and breakfast at BNB. We chose it to accommodate my 91 year old mother while we stayed at the hotel and attended a show. The service was excellent and the food was much better than we expected. Mum even enjoyed a glass of wine and quesadillas after the show.
Service was very slow and took a long time to produce any beverages and/or food. They seemed understaffed. Food was good - but we waited about an hour before salads arrived! Wouldn't highly recommend if you are hoping to have a quick business lunch.
Had a guest from ireland who asked for canadian bacon w the meal...missed it.
Otherwise great server, attentive but not invasive.
Unfortunately, the BnB restaurant is something that really let Sheraton Hotel down as a five-star hotel as the food and services were really below average.
Food is tasty. Had Fish & Chips - fish a bit overdone, chips were awesome and coleslaw was so so. Service was excellent.
We came to sample the summerliciois menu. The restaurant is inside the Sheraton hotel. It took a few minutes for someone to greet us and the server was a little slow but the food was pretty good. We ordered the ceasar salad and the Philly cheese steak sandwich. Both were really good and tasty. For dessert we got the creme brulee and the lemon tart. The creme brulee was super creamy, really good.
This place is great for people watching, but the food is mostly mediocre. When we each asked the waitress’ input on choosing a dish, she immediately recommended the more expensive ones. We were fine with that, but expected much better than we got. My curry was bland and the condiments served with it had even less flavour. My guest’s bison burger was extraordinarily greasy and I was told, “...the angus burger at McDonalds is better”. I guess the waitress was only working with what she’s given.
As aforementioned, the people watching is great. Because this restaurant is in the lobby of the Toronto Sheraton Centre downtown, it has an energy that you can only get surrounded by the excitement and urgency of travellers.
Wouldn’t seat us in the section of the restaurant we wanted (only the bar area) I had other reservations for the week that I canceled as a result. Not meeting business friendly
