broiled flounder filet, white wine seasoned butter sauce, cocktail or tarter sauce, cajun rice
sesame crusted, teriyaki glaze, wasabi, sriracha, seaweed salad (served rare)
panko crusted, cocktail sauce
Always great service at the bar... Atmosphere is also great.
The Shrimp Bisque and the Mahim very really enjoyable
This is our favorite place to go for Sunday brunch: relaxed and comfortable. Food is consistent in quality and an excellent value. Service is always attentive and friendly. We are happy regulars!
Prime Rib night on Friday nights is well worth the cost. Flavorful and healthy portions
Staff are very friendly. Cocktails and food were great.
Rigby's Wednesday Burger Nite, can not be beat. They have also added a number or new items for the summer. I can a test that the Seafood Cakes are OUTRAGEOUSLY GOOD
Great, reasonably priced food and wonderful service! Fun atmosphere and newly renovated inside. Outside seating now available also here - thank you!
Consistently clean, friendly, and comfortable. Great value, attentive service, and freshly- prepared food.
Last night was one of those times that "everything" worked in unison. The burgers were en'pointe. Juicy and delicious. KUDOS to David in the kitchen
Last night's Beef Bourguignon was delightful! Look forward to seeing that as a special again!
The experience was mixed. Unfortunately, the menu available through Open Table never mentioned that only brunch was served until 2 on Sundays, and full menu was not available until 4. My wife has a very strict diet and was looking forward to the crab cakes with no filler. These were not available at 1:30. Very little on the menu for brunch were things she could eat. She decided on the eggs Benedict, only to be told after the order had been placed that the kitchen staff had dumped the Benedict sauce. The waiter convinced the kitchen to make her fried shrimp with no sides. The food itself was pretty good, the place was blah. The waiter, after a rough start turned out to be friendly. With all the other restaurants in the area, I doubt we would go back to Rigby’s. Oh, and the free mimosas were a nice touch.
Excellent food and Bob the bartender was very nice.
We enjoyed this spot. It was a friendly environment, staff was excellent, food was good and the price was excellent. This is a great neighborhood hangout.
It was great to see this place busy again after Delaware loosened some restrictions
Very nice place ..very cozy and comfortable atmosphere
It was ok but the pancakes were really not good. They were not cooked all the way and were a bit gummy instead of fluffy and they didn’t have a great taste. Breakfast meat was over cooked. The omelet and breakfast potatoes were good. Overall the service was good and the comp mimosa and Bloody Mary was a nice touch but unless they were just having a bad pancake day, I wouldn’t recommend ordering them.
Thank you for your comments and I apologize for the problems you had. I will find out exactly what was going on with the pancakes and the breakfast meat. Hopefully you will give us another try.
This was our first time eating at Rigby's. We'd made a reservation for 4 for Mother's Day Brunch, but called the restaurant several days before arrival to add a 5th guest, and was told "no problem". This message did not make it into the books, so we started off with a scramble... staff fixed it, though!
This is our 2nd summer in the area, so we're always looking for a place where we can count on to be a regular spot. Rigby's doesn't quite hit the mark.
The breakfast menu is promising, but the food doesn't quite deliver. Poached egg was cooked through... almost hard-boiled. Potatoes on the egg dishes were skimpy (honestly... 6-7 potato pieces per plate) and too salty to eat. One plate arrived almost a full 5 minutes after the other 4.
Staff is cheerful and accommodating and the ambience is cute, but this won't be our regular breakfast spot. As a chef, I commiserate that it's hard to find staff at a resort town who haven't been out partying the night before, but Rigby's didn't have a pro at the wheel on this May morning.
Hello July and thank you for the review. It was nice to see a helpful review instead of just blasting. I apologize that things weren't up to par. I really can't explain the inconsistency, but will definitely have a conversation with the kitchen. I can only think that we were busier than expected and I was unable to focus on what was coming out of the kitchen. We are still not fully staffed and hoping to be better covered moving forward. I hope you will give us another try, when in the area.
We love Rigbys. Great drinks, great food, great service. And they are working on renovations that will open up the dining room to the bar side, looked good so far on this trip. The pork chops were juicy and flavorful, the salmon was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of garlic in the garlic butter. Definitely get the fried smashed red potatoes as a side, they're excellent.
Thank you Bill, glad you enjoyed! Hope to see you again soon!
Friendly place, good quality food and good drinks!
Spur of the moment on Sunday evening. Quiet crowd after a busy weekend in town. The
quiet was much appreciated
Rigby's is our go-to place most Sunday's for brunch and oftentimes, one weekday night. Food is well prepared and tasty. The environment is fun, and we often see friends and acquaintances there as well. There is always good banter between the bartenders and staff with the diners. And, it is reasonably priced.
Always a relaxing and enjoyable meal at Rigby’s. Food is nicely prepared and not fussy just good home cooking
Rigby's is always a great time, with good deals and delicious food.
Love this place. Simple consistent good food.
Always a friendly hangout in Rehoboth Beach. Staff is fun to interact with and the food is very good. Best comfort food in the area!
Always a good experience.
The food and service were excellent, as always. We always look forward to their specials.
One of the best brunches at the beach. Nice selections and nice proportions. Service is on point.
Rigby's has the best, friendliest staff and the food was AAHmazing!
We just loved our experience!
Great food and service, easy casual place.
Really great experience from food, drinks and service. We’ll be back!
the food is outstanding and priced low enough whereas one could dine out evrynight
This place is awesome, great food, great service, reasonable prices. My wife has been here before, a couple of times, for coffee and key lime pie, so I took her here for valentine's dinner and ordered a key lime pie to take home. We opened with the flounder fingers and they even came with fries, both were delicious. I got the mini meatloaf stuffed with mozzarella and covered with some type of veal glazed gravy (wow) and the roasted brussel sprouts were fantastic, my wife got the shrimp scampi and told me the shrimp and pasta were done perfectly with great flavor. We will definitely be going back for the cream of crab soup and more of those fingers when it's back in season. The key lime pie is made in house and my wife says it's the best she's ever had, I don't eat it so I'll take her word for it.
This was our first time eating here. The staff was great and very friendly. The food was top notch !! There were 5 of us and we all enjoyed our meal. We will be back!!!
We had a wonderful experience. Great waiter and staff. Very attentive.
food and service were exceptional as always. nice local place
Pot Roast was amazing. Not only delicious, but a great value too.
We had a fantastic Meal and great service at Rigby’s. I had one of the best salmon dishes I’ve ever had! Highly recommend!
A new favorite....not swanky but fits us to a "T" . Really nice people that own/operate the restaurant.
