This place might be my new favorite! Quiet and neighborhood-y vibe, with exceptional food and wine. If you don’t know much about Spanish wines but want to learn, this is a great place to do your homework!!!

AMAZING FOOD. the only reason I did not give a 5-star rating is they had zero vegetarian entrees. The server we had was very kind, gave me and my aunt all the time we needed to look at the menu, and gave great suggestions to pair our wine with our food. & Covid friendly with spacing.

I ended up with the califlor and the queso Frito which were both YUMMY

My aunt had the calamari and the halibut and she said they were to die for.

even tho there are no veggie entrees I still plan on going back again and again!

Trio menu was awesome. As well as regular tapas menu. Outstanding tapas from our table include scallops, crab cake and queso!!!

The food was fantastic. It is all tapas, so smaller portions. The staff was helpful in making suggests and outstanding service.

First time dining there and was not disappointed! Food and presentation was AMAZING! Service was friendly and prompt. Was there on a week night so not crowded. Space is intimate and charming. Will definitely return. I hear they have an awesome HH as well. One of my new “favs” in town!!!

This neighborhood gem is a place to experience. Their tapas are delicious, the server was friendly, made great suggestions on wine & food. He paced our orders so not to over crowd our table for 4. One note on the Tres Leche dessert, it was not what we expected as it was a bit drier that what we were used to (Cafe Latte's version). The wine seletion is terrific. Would, and have recommended to friends and family.

Food was great. Service was great. However, I felt very unsafe as no table distancing was in place for Covid precautions. When we initially sat down it was fine, then halfway through our meal the table next to us was filled, it was about 3 feet away, directly next to us. I felt extremely uncomfortable and wanted to leave as soon as possible. I will not be returning here until the pandemic is over.

Rincon 38 is a gem in the Minneapolis restaurant scene. We ordered 5 plates over the course of our evening and they were all wonderful but the halibut stole the show. Topped it off with the silkiest smoothest flan ever. Wonderful warm atmosphere and exceptional service. It was a 5 Star night!!

It is always a pleasure to visit Rincon. Having not gone out for months due to covid it felt like a small safe space to have a outing. I would highly recommend doing the 3 for $38 Happy Hour deal. You get three tapas plates and 3 half glasses of wine. We had the scallops, lamb, fried manchego cheese, potatoes, the stuffed dates, and the Iberian meat and cheese plate. All absolutely lovely. We also ordered the calamari for an appetizer. The wine was great, all great. And the service was excellent! Would recommend.

Bruschetta, stuffed pepper, goat cheese & honey so so good. Lamb chop excellent as well. We had a total 5 small plates. Probably 1 too many as we were pretty full and ended up taking home the dessert. Chocolate Tort was good but not what I was excepting. The wine recommendation was spot on and the service was excellent. It's a perfect date night choice.

One of our favorite “go to“ spots in Minneapolis. Always delicious food and good wine. The staff is always incredibly warm and inviting.

I used to live in Spain and coming to Rincon 38 made me feel as if I were back at a restaurant in Madrid. The food is incredible, the wine list is classic Spain, and the staff was very kind. Definitely will be back many times.

Everything was superb...service excellent.

Enjoyed five different dishes with mixture of vegetarian, fish and meat. Exceptional dishes with the meat paella a filling dish. Great service and ambience will definitely come back.

Excellent quality good. Very good service. Our group of 4 was able to visit & never felt rushed. The waiter helped us select some very good wines. We are looking forward to returning for authentic tapas that were beautifully presented
