Have been to Rincon 38 many times and it never disappoints. Food is excellent, wine list good and service is great. I always try something new at staff recommendations and it is always a good bet. Seating is less dense with Covid which makes it more comfortable than prior. Just happy to see them still in business as it is a unique gem I would not want to see the city lose.

We go to Rincon for all our special occasions but we haven't been since the pandemic started. We decided to try it and we are so glad we did. They are taking all expected precautions and we felt safe being there. The food is still as good as before and the service was great. As usual, we were treated like old friends and we will not hesitate to go again. Thanks Rincon for hanging in there.

Delicious tapas and wonderful presentation of plates and ambiance. I have dined here several times and enjoy introducing people to this small, local gem. Staff are attentive, professional, and very knowledgeable of wine selections. Tables are adequately distanced in a time of a pandemic. Rincon is perfect for a date or a friends/family gathering.

Food and Service were excellent. Wine prices are high but otherwise we'll definitely be back in the future.

Everyone in my party thoroughly enjoyed their meals as they were flavourful and just the right amount of spice and everything was prepared perfectly!

We celebrated our anniversary at Ricon 38. The food was so delicious. Fernando was a fantastic waiter and made excellent suggestions. They even made our favorite dish that wasn't on the menu. The chocolate torte was fantastic. If you go, try the cauliflower!

Enjoyed this place! Very fun! 3 of the 5 plates were amazing, 2 were good. Highly recommend the Lamb chops, Borrego I think. Just wish there was a bit more on the plate. Delicious! It is a bit on the pricey side but it’s an event and I’d visit again.

The Rincon 38 menu is so much fun! I love sampling multiple dishes and their tapas are made for it! We had fun picking out four dishes to share (and even more fun picking two desserts to share). Every menu item we got was delicious!

A second solid meal in two weeks. We treated the lamb chops and Iberico plate, and discovered the beef tenderloin (delicious). Tres leches cake best ever.

This restaurant blew us away. Everything was top notch. Attentive staff, with great recommendations. All the food was delicious! We had the seafood paella, lamb, and a tasty goat cheese crostini. The menu was diverse and the flavors were unique. Very glad we stopped in, and we will absolutely be back!

If you're looking for great Spanish wine and outstanding tapas in the Twin Cities, look no further. Rincon 38 is absolutely outstanding - I would highly recommend the meatball dish (and ask for extra bread!).

A new find for us now that Costa Blanca closed. We were big fans of CB by think Rincon is even better.

The food is always so artfully created and so delicious. Tried a few things for the 1st time: the braised octopus with Spanish sausage, white asparagus and a sherry reduction - whoah. Always delicious. Always smiling and talkative. A lovely place to eat.

We showed up for my friends birthday only to find out it was closed! Why are we allowed to book when this restaurant is not even open, that is terrible customer service and a waste of our time and preparation for that day.

Outstanding tapas and wine options. Great COVID precautions and available outside seating (its streetside so slightly loud) weather permitting.

This is the best place for tapas. Both the food and wine are excellent, and the service is top-notch.

Enjoyed Rincon 38. It's a nice neighborhood restaurant serving Spanish Tapas. All very tasty. The two of us shared the octopus, prawns, scallops and cauliflower dishes. Perfect amount and one as tasty as the next. Proper distancing and attention to hygiene was evident

Dinner was awesome! Service was wonderful and the food was amazing. Spacing made us feel very safe.

In this Covid helped with the ambiance. Normally it is super close for dining. The spacing between tables really helped. Food was amazing as always and the service was spectacular. The scallops were fantastic. The lobster, not as good as we hoped.
