This was our first time dining at River House. Our server, Tyler, was friendly, attentive and offered great service. My husband enjoyed the smoked old fashioned. Our meals were wonderful. We look forward to dining here again.

The service was marvelous. This was our first time at River House and our waitress’s knowledge of the menu and seafood in general made our experience fantastic. Started out with a Blood Orange Gimlet which was spot on. Tuna ceviche was my starter and my husband had the crab/artichoke dip. For the main course, I had the double lobster tails and took home leftovers. Delicious! My husband had the blackened seafood platter and also had leftovers. Great value.

I took the salad home and have too much juice. Muscle had hair and I didn’t even ate one, I left all there. We had to go and I was pretty mad to say anything. Disappointed.

We have visited RiverHouse many times in the past, food and service is always great. This time we had the all you can eat crab legs with family members. The service was very fast and the crabs were very good. I would highly recommend The River House for lunch, dinner or just drinks at the bar. The smoked Woodford Manhattan was outstanding.

The food was great. Loved sitting near the fire pits . The only issue was having plates and glasses pile up on our table. We had no room for anything and when the crab legs were brought out I had to wait awhile for the server to bring the utensils to eat them with and they were cold. I would not do the all you can eat crab legs again for the price . Not worth the hassle of waiting to have my plate cleared and everyone in the party being finished before me due to the long wait in between refills. Will be returning next week to try another entree.

Great food and atmosphere! Went with my family for my birthday. Sat outside in enclosed patio next to fire pit with great sunset view of the Ohio River! Megan, our server, was amazing and made it an even better experience! We will be back especially for all you can eat crab legs on Mondays in the winter.

This was my first time in Kentucky and my cousin recommended this place to me and my date. I could not have been more pleased! Our appointment was for 6:45 and they called us at 6:43! We were sat at a very cozy table right across from a beautiful bonfire. The servers were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly (we asked them to take some pictures of us, which they happily did lol). The food was superb as well! This will definitely be my GoTo place anytime I’m in Kentucky!

Sweet waitress but the service was slow. Food was cold first time around. Great manager. Did take food off our checks. She was very nice. All wait staff was nice but maybe a problem in the kitchen. Drinks were very slow. It was pretty busy. Could have been short handed. We really want to like Riverhouse. It’s a cool restaurant in a cool location. It was off last night though.

All of us really enjoyed our entrees, and drink selections. The young man serving was very attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back. The one draw back was the back porch was a bit chilly.
