   The food was good as always. Service took forever. When you have to ask about your server three different times about coming to you table, that’s not good. EVEN after we told him we were in a hurry to get to a show. The were busy but not THAT busy.

   My steak a filet, as was. My 3 sisters. 2 of us ordered med well and received a top well done entree, my other sister ordered her entree medium and it was very under donee. It was an extremely bush day due to a concert nearby, so we understood that the wait time would be a bit longer, but we waited a very BBB long time for our meals to be served. So sorry to say the experience was disappointing.

   GREAT LOCATION IN THE HEART OF DOWNTOWN AROUND EVERYTHING INSIDE THE HILTON. WE ATE HERE BEFORE EAGLES CONCERT AROUND THE CORNER AND EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT FROM DRINKS TO DESSERTS. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND FOR ANY OCCASION!

   Most of my party frequents RC all over the country. Tonight was the worse experience we have ever had. It was embarrassing. My two VIP guests are well traveled and were in town for our company meeting. My colleague had to explain to the server/bartender the proper order to serve wine and food. He was a sloppy mess to be honest. His tie was barely tied and shirt untucked in most places. It took forever to get drinks (including a cocktail menu) and an order. When our sides came, no spoons came with them. We had to literally flag him down for 3 spoons. Overall, it was a -1 experience. Although I travel all over the US and will dine with RC again, I do not plan to dine at the Columbia location even though I live here. The entire experience from the second we walked in was negative. Start from the end result and work backwards.

   We have been going to this location for years but the service and food continues to decline. Our waiter appeared to be new and we constantly had to ask for things twice. I ordered the T-bone steak which was extra thick and tough. My baked potato was Luke warm. My husband asked for his fillet to be butterflied and it was not. It took a long time for our good to arrive even those the restaurant was not busy.

   The food was amazing! We did have to wait almost 30 mins for our food. When it arrive, one of my friends dishes was slightly cold. The waiter fix the issue with no problem. Our waiter on the other hand wasn’t the best. We constantly had to remind him of things and on occasions we had to ask another waiter to find him.

    Our first time and we enjoyed it!!! Trey was our waiter and he was awesome. He helped with a great wine and also the food choice. That was truly appreciated. We will be back .

    Huge, loud parties with young children were seated all around us even though we requested a secluded table for our anniversary. Service was amazing. Atmosphere was horrible.

    It was a wonderful dinner. We had a reservation. We were seated as soon as we arrived. Our food and service were excellent. Noise level was perfect. Super convenient that it was in the hotel where we were staying. 5 start experience for us.

    I’m a faithful customer and yesterday was a disaster. Had to wait over an hour for my food. My server barely check on me and my wife it was supposed to be like anniversary. We didn’t get any graffiti or anything. Asked for a both on the website with my reservation and got placed in the pack of the building. Had to wait a while for my seat even after making a reservation

    Horrible dinning experience! We visit frequently and never had any issues! Food was not cooked as requested, temperature of food was cold and over cook. Manager came to apologize due to having a large party and new cooks but for the money we pay to dine her that just wasn’t enough. Will reconsider somewhere else next time.

    Our birthday dinner was very nice - birthday confetti even graced our table upon arrival as well as a birthday dessert afterward. Jazmin was an excellent server, attentive to detail, and courteous. Parking was a bit challenging, but the food and service were excellent. We missed the delicious corn side dish that used to be on your menu.

    Tyler was our server and very attentive. The kitchen had some issues with our entrees and wait time doubled. However, we were kept in communication during the experience and then treated to a shareable dessert. A nice time was still had.

    We were one of the first groups to sit down. We sat and waited on our checks for over 45 minutes, while everyone else was leaving. Overall not a bad experience. Do not think I will be going back. Halls Chop House is a lot better and definitely worth the amount of money we spent compared to Ruth Chris. Their macaroni taste like velveta macaroni with lobster thrown on top.

    The restaurant was out of the delicious lamb chops and mashed potatoes. We drove two hours yesterday only to be disappointed. I called a few minutes ago, hoping to try again: No lamb chops. Our dining experience earlier this month, however, was marvelous.
