   As always great food. You can never go wrong with a Ribeye. We also had lamb chops. As expected these were also great. For the first time me service wasn’t as expected. Slow and had to ask for drinks more than once. End of the day we were billed for thing we didn’t get. We are going to write it off as needing more training. This experience wouldn’t stop from going back.

   Travel often for 2 hours to dine here. Was served incorrect cocktails. Steak not cooked properly. Tried to eat it anyway but server came and took my steak knife as I was eating. Very disappointed in this visit

   My son and I were in town for NCAA games. We had a reservation but wanted to sit in the bar area to watch games. The bartender(s) were most accommodating and we had a great time. Thanks!

    My food was tasty BUT my steak was over cooked, when it came out with my lobster the lemon was on my steak and my steak tasted like the lemon. Terrible ! I did not eat the steak. My Calamari was good but some was under cooked, mushy! My drink was very good.

    Some of the best food ever! It was very nice to eat in a quiet environment and enjoy our dinner. Our waiter took excellent care of us, and made sure we had everything that we needed.

    We were celebrating my mothers birthday and our server J Lo was AMAZING!! She was incredibly charismatic and was able to make our night. The food was phenomenal and the service was more than accommodating. We left more than satisfied and can’t wait to come again!

    Steak was over cooked! I asked for medium and it came out well done. My husband Ribeye was tough! Our waiter never came back to ask us how was everything! The lobster Mac and cheese lacked flavor! When the waiter finally she came to ask us if we wanted boxes! We expressed we wasn’t satisfied! She said ok! And another waiter came asked if we wanted her to box up the food. She apologized for for the food and offered to give us a free dessert. This definitely was the worst experience ever and it was our Anniversary!!!

    I feel like the restaurant has really went down hill. My steak wasn’t cooked correctly , my martini was in a rocks glass which really didn’t bother me, but the fact that the glass was PIPING hot was beyond acceptable. My friends didn’t like their meal either.

    The steak, au gratin potatoes and asparagus was great. The service was outstanding. Our server Justin was on top of everything. He offered great suggestions for us. He continued to refresh our beverages right when we were about to ask to have them refreshed. He really made the overall evening and dining experience fantastic.

    My overall experience at Ruth Chris was just okay. The waiter we had act as if we were a bother. The young man that served our food was more energetic towards us than he was was. Too long of a wait between times before checking on us. When we paid the bill, he grabbed up the ticket holder and money and ran. We did leave a tip but not the suggested 15%. If we could have, we would have tip the young man who served the food. Our waiter did not even thank us for dinning with Ruth Chris. He did not invite us back. He did not say we hope to see you again. It was my birthday dinner and I was disappointed with the service. Ruth Chris is an upscale restaurant and I definitely expected more.

    Food wasn’t tasteful. The only thing I enjoyed was my martini. Definitely overpriced for the quality of the food. My bill came to $153 and I didn’t even eat my food. My wife liked her crab cakes. But we are appreciative that the staff recognized our anniversary from the reservation.

    Everything was perfect. From the mood that’s set as soon as you walk in to the restaurant to the food. We had the cowboy ribeye, asparagus, macaroni with no lobster, and a baked potato. The steak was cooked to perfection and every bite was full of juices and flavor. The macaroni is the best I’ve ever had at ANY restaurant! Will definitely be back soon!

    Our waiter Dylan was excellent. Food was delicious. We waited 20 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. Meanwhile we visited the bar. It had dirty plates and glasses on the bar itself and on the service areas behind. It was very untidy. The 2 brands of beer we requested which were displayed were sold out. One served loaded a few glasses I. The dishwasher but never washed hands before preparing fresh drinks with sugared rims. We were seated to dine at a table looking into the bar and a staff hallway. It was so cold and breezy that both of us wore our coats for dinner. Hostess was unable to seat us elsewhere. The assigned server never arrived and Dylan noticed we didn’t even have water after 20 minutes and had water brought and offered a complimentary appetizer. It was very good. He was very attentive and order was perfect. The staff in the meantime were wrapping silverware and hooting and cheering loudly over a basketball game in tv in the bar in the hall adjacent to us. A visit to the restroom was unsatisfactory with a leaking toilet with water covering the floor, stall doors that wouldn’t latch, no toilet paper, and an overflowing trash can at the door. A malfunctioning liquid soap dispenser was provided along with an overturned Walgreens hand sanitizer. The ambiance was definitely NOT upscale and other patrons did not respect the business casual dress code. The pleasant female bartenders had extravagantly long nails and hair which is inappropriate and unsanitary in a food service environment. Dylan deserves to work in a restaurant more suited to his exceptional skills and service. Overall the restaurant was poorly managed and the disappointing compared to years past when it really was a special occasion pleasure.

    Such a disappointing dining experience especially since this was a first time dining experience for one person in our party. We made a last minute reservation, was greeted & seated right away. It did take some time for our server to greet us and the experience declined from there. The server, Tenisha was pleasant but service was slow, could not remember our order when served, got our order wrong, and filet was not served at temperature ordered for one individual (we did not complain or send it back due to how long service was taking), very slow to remove dirty plates/utensils/glasses which crowded the table, and the bill wasn’t even incorrect, the credit card receipt was ran /issued for 1 cent. It took some time for that to straightened out as well. Unfortunately, it’s hit or miss lately with our dining experience at Ruth’s Chris.
