   Celebrated our wedding anniversary! As usual to Greensboro, Ruth’s Chris was amazing! We have been to several around the country, and there is only one or two others that are very similar nature to the one in Greensboro – – that is top shelf!

   We recently went there to celebrate our anniversary. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience, the ambience was nice, food was perfect and service was outstanding. My husband ordered salmon while I got petit filet mignon and both the items were delicious. I have never tasted steak so good as the one at Ruths Chris. Needless to say we will be back.

    Honestly, we were disappointed. There wasn't anything bad about our experience and the food wasn't bad. However, we didn't feel like it was worth the price point. This was our first time at a Ruth Chris. We went for our anniversary because we have always heard others rave about how great it was. The restaurant atmosphere was indeed fancy and nice. The food was nothing more than what we would get at a normal priced steakhouse. The food was fine, but for that price, I would expect it to be one of the best meals that I have ever had. We each had a steak - which was fine. The sides were mediocre. Once again, everything was good, but far from impressive. I doubt we will be back.

    We had a wonderful experience to celebrate our 23rd anniversary. We come every year. Last year we were a but disappointed because they didn’t have a booth available and where we were sat was right by the kitchen and very dark- like couldn’t see the menu dark. We did take out in 2020 and our order wasn’t correct and the food was just not as good as what you get in person. So we needed a win. This year was perfection we got a booth as requested, the service was excellent, and everything that hit the table from our spicy shrimp appetizer to our sizzling steaks and our crème brûlée was outstanding. We noticed the portion sizes of the sides were a bit smaller and the prices are a bit higher but for a once a year celebration it’s completely worth it.

    Oh my word…no words to express how delicious!! We have never been disappointed here. There simply can not be a better steak or experience anywhere! Always cooked to perfection and served on a sizzling platter…you will salivate just by the aroma, sound, and sight as it is served by your always professional waiter/waitress. Steak could almost literally melt in your mouth. This is THE PLACE for any/all special occasions. Go and take in the wonderful ambiance, wonderful food, and relaxing atmosphere. You are never rushed…just encouraged to enjoy every part…and rest assured, you will!!!

    Excellent, courteous, professional service and atmosphere. My only complaint is that my steak which I requested well done, was a little burnt on the bottom around the edges but not so much that I could not eat it. Otherwise, everything was excellent as my husband and I celebrated our 49th anniversary.

    I had not been to Ruth's Chris for several years. The last time I went was to their Baltimore location. I had only been to the Greensboro location one time prior about seven or so years ago. The food was not of the quality I was used to from Ruth's Chris. I had an 11 oz fillet and Lobster tail. The filet was tough as was the lobster. Maybe it was because it was a holiday? Not sure. The server was attentive. The room was quiet but again the ambiance of Ruth's Chris from the past was definitely not present at this location. They forgot to bring one of our desserts and we waited for quite some time for them to bring it - the server did notice the delay and gave us a complimentary piece of cheesecake for our wait. I have to say, for almost $600 for four people I expected more. I don't think I'll be going back, especially not to this location.

    We came for the Mother’s Day brunch and it was amazing! Everything was cooked perfectly. Justin was our server and he did a great job. Things were a little slow and I felt like the whole dining experience took forever but Justin was still exceptional. Will definitely be back in the near future. I love their steaks!!!!

    I expected an exceptional experience given the prices but it was anything but. The food was ok but not great--certainly not worth the price. The service was unacceptable. I waited 45 minutes for my beverage. During the wait, the waitress disappeared for at least 20 minutes and when she returned and I was finally able to get her attention, I still had to wait another 10 minutes or so. The food took over an hour to be served. When the bill came, 2 of the items were $20+ more than the menu price. The waitress updated the bill, but the prices were still $2 above the menu price. I let it go, because I wanted to end the experience. No plans to ever go back.

    Mother's Day brunch; this location is not customarily open for lunch. Interesting additions to the regular menu in recognition of the event - we both chose from the Mother's Day menu. The crunch for servers and kitchen staff is clear in the wait times for attention, and service. The restaurant was quite busy, and the staff unfailingly polite and apologetic. I don't believe the experience would be different in any other establishment in the area, whether in this price range, or more moderately positioned. Keep trying, folks, and let's hope more people present themselves for gainful employment, soon!

    Took 20 minutes to get water or acknowledged one we were seated. Ordered a Filet Medium and it came well done with no pink center much less red center. Lobster Mac was cool not warm much less hot. They put the Mac back in the oven and brought back dry and hot. New steak was ok but my fiancé had already finished her meal before I got mine. Hers steakwas a little over cooked but ok. Hate paying $200 for a meal and poor experience. I had no water or wine with my meal. Asked for water and her pitcher was empty. Got a 1/4 glass and said she would be back but never did. Very disappointed. However they usually don’t open for lunch.

    This was our annual Mother's Day dinner with myself, my mom and sister. While the menu offered great choices, the taste and quality of the food has gone downhill since last year. The garlic mashed potatoes didn't have a garlic taste at all, my steak tasted bland and the ceasar salad had way too much dressing. Our waiter was very nice and made sure she checked on us multiple times during dinner. When our food came out, they brought out the entrees before our salads. And my sister had to wait 5 to 7 minutes for her Oscar style crab cake to come out because they forgot it. We may dine here again but we all agreed to find another restaurant for our Mother's Day dinner.

    Overall just ok.I ordered a ribeye got something that looked like a strip The manager said it was the end piece. He then tried to rectify by cooking another steak but my steak was not enjoyed with my guests or the rest of my food. Appetizers were single portions. Not shareable as suggested. Overall not a close 400 dollar experience

    Overall a bit disappointing. We sent the soup back, it tasted scorched. The salads were good, the steaks were over cooked and therefore dry. Won’t go back.

    The food was excellent. Our waitress was also excellent, but it took quite a while before she arrived. Our biggest complaint was the table next to us - they were loud and making rude comments - not what we'd prefer at such a highly-priced restaurant. Good to try, but there's better food and atmosphere for better prices at other restaurants nearby. We can't justify returning here.
