The food was amazing!

The food was not good at all in comparison to how it usually is. The grits seemed old. The server was super professional and very accommodating.

The staff inside the restaurant was amazing! So much attention to detail. However, we arrived early for cocktails at the bar. The bartender exceeded rude! I will return and eat at the restaurant, but I won’t be back at the bar.

Nick was our server and he is phenomenal! He has been our server a few times now & he’s just wonderful! He has a great memory to remember our names & what I even got to drink on the last visit. The food was amazing as always, and it was a wonderful dinner atmosphere. We will be back for sure! Our favorite place!

Another outstanding dining experience at Ruth’s Chris - Greenville. Even during these difficult pandemic times, RC did a great job in ensuring our overall safety. The filets, as normal, were remarkable.

Lovely place to have an intimate dinner with delicious food.

This was our 10th Straight year of having Christmas family dinner at Ruth Chris. We have been to the Roper Mountain location eight times and the downtown location twice. Overall, everything was very satisfactory except one of the steaks was supposed to be well done and it came out more medium than well.

Annual Christmas dinner was wonderful!! Daryn was an incredible server and the food was delicious.

Restaurant was freezing cold. My mother had to flag down a food runner to send her steak back as it was tough and overcooked. Our waitress was more interested in taking care of a larger party than us. I’m sure she had her eye on a bigger tip. This is the third bad experience we have had at a Ruth Chris’s in the past couple of years. Food is overpriced. We will not be returning.

Christmas Day...Everything was perfect. Our waiter Lee and his support person were outstanding, food was exceptional, it was a superb dining experience for my wife and I.

The food was not up to par. My friend ordered the shrimp and steak and the shrimp was overcooked. Also, she ordered the sweet potato casserole and both tries of the dish was dry and way too sweet. I love Ruth Chris but this location needs a new chef. We've tried this location twice and both times the food was unsatisfactory.

I have been to many Ruth's Chris locations around the nation and unfortunately this particular one was not my favorite at all. It's the first time I have found grissel in a steak at Ruth's. it was also undercooked in places as well. The server was nice but hard to hear or understand and didn't seem familiar with the menu to be honest.

The food and service was outstanding. Enjoyed our Thanksgiving Dinner out. My husband enjoyed the turkey special and I had the filet mignon. Everything was perfect.

It was good but my food was horribly cold. My server Nick was amazing and the table next to me was giving him such a hard time I didn’t wanna cause him more grief. I just ate a little as it was and took the rest home and reheated. Not what you want for a $200 meal. And they were not busy at all when we were there. We go every thanksgiving but this time was a little disappointing. My companies food was perfectly hot. Just mine!!

Went for the Thanksgiving special. Salad was fine, but our entrees were not warm. Barely edible and borderline cold. The turkey was a little on the dry side. Dessert was good. Overall we were disappointed, but normally we order steaks. Next time we will stick to the steaks which are always wonderful.

Our first time to a Ruth Chris. On the expensive side, but worth it for a special occasion. Staff was super friendly and professional and food was delish!

A wonderful experience, with delicious food and amazing staff. Our entrees, the sea bass and New York strip, were both cooked beautifully. The staff was attentive and ensured we had a great time.

The food and service was great and we have eaten there numerous times and have always had a table off to the side. We requested a table off to the side this time also but was put right in the middle which was disappointing because celebrating our anniversary we were really hoping for out privacy. We will go back and hopefully will be able to get our sort of secluded area again.

We had a wonderful time, just as we would expect. Dana and Daylen were behind the bar and it was great.

Our server, D, was very knowledgeable about the menu & had a great personality. He was EXCELLENT. I was a bit disappointed that this location was not as formal as other locations, but the ambiance was still romantic.

Excellent food but a little pricey for a night out. Not enough attention to detail for restaurants in this price bracket. Ex- order a salad and specify no onions please, salad arrives covered in onions.

My boyfriend and I went here for our 2nd anniversary on a Tuesday night. They were not crowded at all! Our server Nick was amazing. We had the lump crab cake appetizer which was also amazing! I ordered the stuffed chicken and a side of brussel sprouts. Both were delicious! I had enough for lunch the next day. My boyfriend had the shrimp n grits and a side of cream spinach. The shrimp was really good however, the grits were grit cakes and not the traditional grits. They were grainy and he didn't really care of them. The creme spinach was also very tasty. I mixed some of it with my chicken. Overall-it was an awesome experience and really good food.
