Blame Covid? My husband and I were really looking forward to a great steak dinner and a cocktail. I looked at the pictures on their online menu and decided before going what I was going to order. Rib eye!
$290 later, we were very disappointed in our steak quality, hard to cut and chew. Our cocktails were not good. My husband drank his, I did not drink mine.
The service was good, but the food was not.

Food was great! The menu doesn’t match the prices advertised online for the same location. Ambiance could have been better with dimmer lighting. Bartender was kinda rude and not friendly. Our server was awesome and very friendly. Overall it was ok

Everything was lovely we really enjoyed ourselves and being it was my fiancé first time there she was very pleased with the service, our server was Mrs. Darcell and she was very very nice.

Very good, but overpriced!! Overrated. I could have done somewhere and paid $200 for a full course meal. Steak and potatoes were not worth $200. Sorry, last visit ever!!!

The food was fantastic. He had a steak medium rare cooked to perfection. I had the shrimp- the sauce was to die for. Fresh bread. The extras that we ordered- the spinach was great and the corn great. our waitress was superb.

We love trying new steakhouses, but always return to Ruth's Chris. They never disappoint. The food is always consistent. This time we were celebrating my husband's birthday. I called and Shane, at the Las Vegas store, was able to have some menus printed up with a special note for us. It's those special touches, and the amazing food that make Ruth's Chris our go to!!! Thank you again. :)

When making the online reservation I requested a table by the windows as this was an anniversary dinner with my wife. We ended up getting one close to the kitchen where we heard constant banging of silverware and dishes. Really couldn’t even enjoy the nice music. The hostess didn’t even mention the request. She could have said something as simple as “happy anniversary , I see you requested a window table but unfortunately we won’t be able to honor that due to limited seating.” If requests aren’t honored or even mentioned, why have that option when booking a table? Prices were higher than online pricing which I’m sure was due to COVID and the limited seating. Spent $200.00 (tip included) for 2 steaks, mashed potatoes and a salad. Wouldn’t have cared so much if we would have had a window seat with a fabulous ambience.
Steaks were great and waiter was personable and friendly.

Food was not great - the filet, no taste or, the crab cakes were greasy and our server had THEE MOST ANNOYING laugh I have ever heard!!!! Much better places to eat!!

Steak over cooked. Crab cakes undercooked, expected crust on outside. Just wasn't what I expected for ruth chris las vegas. Service could have been better too. At this level of dinning the experience and food should be top level.

This restaurant has become a favorite of ours when we visit Vegas. Service & food are always exceptional. When we made the decision to try Vegas New Years weekend, we knew dinner here would be part of the plan during our stay. Even at 25% capacity, they did not disappoint!

We have always loved eating at Ruth Chris, but this time was not as good. The steak was not that good. And the cleanliness was subpar

Did not get a window table as requested even though not busy. Waitress So Yun was very good but over whelmed with 6 tables. Food was good but didn’t care for having a specific new years menu at $100 per person. Steak was sizzling and tasty as usual.

NYE set 4 course meal! Food was excellent as always! Staff was very attentive and courteous! Seating is on 2 levels but I must warn you it’s kinda cold setting next to window on cold nights.

Disappointed that there was nothing done to celebrate my birthday. No confetti on the table. No specialised menu. They claimed the pandemic was the reason, but what’s the point of asking if you are celebrating a special occasion if they won’t do anything? The whole purpose was the experience of celebrating another birthday with Ruth Chris.

This was our first visit and we enjoyed the food very much. The restaurant did not disappoint!

Made reservation on Open Table. Did not get window table as requested; that I can understand as we mad our reservation maybe 10 days before. Made note that we were celebrating our anniversary. No mention of that at all by server. Service was sub par. We dine here at least twice a year for the past 8 years.. Usually we have the "old time" servers who make you feel like they are there for you and only you. We did not get that feeling AT ALL this time. I ordered a Wedge salad, server even asked if I wanted Bleu Cheese so I knw she heard me. Salad never came. Was not on the bill so I think she just forgot. That has NEVER happened before. My husband had a Pepsi and he had to ask for a refill. Never has that happened before. Waters and sodas have always been replenished before we had to ask. Again, server was polite but was not up to the standards that we have experienced from RC on any visit before.
And our anniversary was never mentioned. We went somewhere else for Champagne and dessert.
Our steaks and sides were perfect. However, the service has always been part of the experience. I hope that this is addressed by management as out options are many in Las Vegas. We would hate to see this experience of wonderful food and service come to an end.

My steak was overcooked, dry and burnt which shouldn’t really happen when it costs $70
