Ruth's Chris Steak House - Kennesaw
Amazing service and staff. Would definitely recommend for date nights.
Sweet Potato Casserole is the best in the business. Great with ice cream on top.
THE BEST. Great food, awesome friendly service... did I mention the awesome food?!!!
This was my first visit and it was AMAZING everything from the bar to the end of our night I will be visiting again real soon
The steak was great as well as the drinks. I tried the lobster bisque soup took 2 bites and could not eat anymore tasted extremely old. My wife and I split the lobster Mac and cheese as one of our sides and it was like a soupy mac and cheese not good at all. The service as nice and good with the exception that we was there for almost 2 hours after we sat down. It’s not worth the price there are to many good steak houses around to waste the time and money on this one.
Valentine’s Day dinner. Was top notch as expected.
Request Joe, he's attentive but in a non obstructive way.
Excellent service, great food !! Server (Cat) was outstanding. Teamwork of entire staff was excellent.
Perfect as always; we went for Valentines Day.
Food was good but service was slow. We attributed the slow service to Valentines day.
First steak brought out to us was burnt and we ask for medium so they replace the porterhouse for two with a ribeye
Me and my husband celebrated Valentine's day. We were happy that offered several different steak specials.
We celebrate many of our achievements here and have always been very very pleased. Thanks
My husband and I both had the 11 oz filet - both had gristle and fat throughout. The creamed spinach was very watery
Great service and the steak was exquisite!!! Never disappoints!
We had been there before and on this trip for what we spent wasn't impressed with the food that we were served the shrimp were rubbery a d the lobster tail was under cooked.
You get what you pay for. Excellent service and atmosphere. The food was delicious and the servings were ample.
The food was amazing. Our server Brian was wonderful!
We received excellent service from our waiter Joe. We complimented the chef for the fantastic food and Joe brought him out to meet with us. Class act.
The food was incredible. Ruth’s Chris is a well renown Steakhouse, but the Kennesaw establishment was extra special. May have not been the fanciest as it relates to decor etc., but the service and food made us not think about or see anything else. Well done.
Visit was for a special occasions. Have always been treated very nice.
Their attention to your needs is outstanding.
Their food is the best of the best.
Lex was very helpful and knowledgeable with menu info as well as wine suggestions.
Can’t wait till our next visit.
Very average meal. Nothing special about the filet, Oscar topping or desert. Very overpriced for a meal I could’ve gotten at Longhorn for half the price
Steak had to be sent back for cooking properly and then the new steak was more chewy than typical filet mignon. No chives available for a baked potato. Not charged for the steak but seems like this place is a bit overrated for the food.
Great food.Great service.Joe our waiter is very professional.Does a great job!We have been there twice in 2 weeks.AWESOME.
Overall, we enjoyed our experience. There was too much time between the courses, in our opinion. And it seemed like it took a really long time to get our check. However, the food was delicious. The gluten-free menu was excellent. And our waiter and those who helped him were excellent.
Wonderful service and the best steak I’ve every had. We all had a great meal and a fantastic time.
I guess I had higher expectations - we just relocated from Savannah where we were longtime residents and frequent diners at Bay Street location.
Ruth’s Chris Savannah is head and shoulders superlative to this location. More stylish, lighter, brighter and more elegant all around. Kennesaw location had nothing like downstairs wine cellar room or Red Piano bar with music. By comparison, this location was dark and rundown and nothing like Ruth’s Chris experience I’d always come to expect.
Considering menu prices are the same, save your money for your next Savannah visit.
We made reservation for New Years Eve at the Kennesaw, Georgia location. We anxiously awaited for the evening to be very disappointed. First of all, the restaurant is broke up into two seating sections. One section appears to be a dimly lit romantic first class section while the back portion of the restaurant is brightly lit and I would describe as coach. Lol, this would be my description as a visual for you. Well unfortunately we got coach. They seated us at a very small table in the corner next to an emergency exit door. It was a drafty, small crunched table in the corner. A horrible table seating arrangement for the price of this restaurants menu. We ordered a $15 mushroom appetizer that plated four cold mushroom appetizers for two. Our waitress left us and returned only occasionally to drop fresh tea and run away. Our entree of shrimp, steak filet and 16 oz ribeye arrived plated on plates that appeared to have been cooked on and nasty. I would think that the chef would of at least re-plated or atleast wipe the sides of the plate for a cleaner look. We then asked for Worcester sauce and the waitress brought A1. My husband poured it on his steak before realizing it was wrong and ruined his steak. Then when the waitress finally decided to grace us with her fly by appearance we mentioned that she poured A1 instead of Worcester sauce in the pouring cup. She seemed very non concerned about the situation as she left me with my food and my husband with nothing as she took his steak to never return. An hour later he gave up and asked for the check and then the steak magically appeared. Rejected by my husband and a bill to follow on the table. The service and food was horrible and we will not return. There was never an apology or a manager step in or visit our table for a resolution.
Consistently amazing experience. Lex was an outstanding server and helped me to accommodate two pre-teens, who reluctantly came to dinner for NYE with their mom. The food was outstanding, second only to the service.
I ordered my steak medium. It came out welll done. I told the waiter and he acted like he didn’t care. My husband ordered mash potatoes and he got spinach. The table next to us had a baby that screamed the whole time. We were very disappointed. It was our 2nd time eating there. First time was great and Sat night was a big disappointment The 4 of us expected great atmosphere and great meal. Total disappointment
Disappointed in the way my sreak was prepared this time. I was there earlier this month and my food was perfect. I ordered it medium well. The outside was charred and inside was extremely pink.
Food was good as always... which must be the only reason anyone still goes to this location. The service was mediocre, and less than accommodating. We asked a few questions, and without hesitation they were shut down. Not, let me see what I can do... just “no.” For the price, there are much better options that offer a full service experience. I don’t believe that we will be returning... this location has been declining for quite some time, and this experience was no different. For a place that only had 4 other tables the whole time we were dining, I probably wouldn’t be rude to the guest I did have.
It was great. Our server Lori was awesome 😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬
Christmas dinner for two. Food was good service a little slower than normal but still good. Server was friendly and overall good experience.
Food very good, but overpriced. My hubby asked for the dessert that came with his meal to be packaged to go... it literally was 2 bites. There was more whipped cream in the little container than there was of the dessert. Really? At these prices?
The food was OK....my wife had the chopped salad which was really good and I had the seafood gumbo which was also quite good. She has the NY Strip MED and looked and tasted very good. I had the pork chop which was tough and not a lot of flavor considering the apples and sauce. She ordered the baked potato with nothing however got the potato loaded. I asked for the loaded and got bacon....I did not realize until half way thorough my potato all I got was bacon. Also we got asparagus and did not order (not charged however) it was warm and the hollandaise sauce was luke warm. This is a Christmas to-do for us and we will be back however.
The food was subpar at best. My steak was cooked to elk done when asked for medium rare. The sides were cold. The server was barely around. We will not return.
Christmas afternoon and the restaurant was full. We had OT reservations and were immediately seated. Food was great, service had moderate delays, but then again the room was full. Expected much more wine in my glass for the price paid. Maybe the bartender was rushed.
Christmas dinner, should have gone elsewhere. Waited 1 hr 20 min just to get our salads. No appetizers ordered, so that was the 1st food item. No mention whatsoever from our server as to why delayed. No apology. 3 other tables came after & were served before us. Another server accidentally dropped large tray of dishes, one of the glasses hit my mother in back of head. Our server standing at our table during this conversation, never asked if ok. Clearly, didn't feel she needed to. Wish we would have gone elsewhere for that $400 meal.
Our steaks were delicious, the sweet potato casserole was outstanding, and Eric and Braden provided personable and attentive service.
